Says they're open till 11pm but went right at 10pm on a Saturday night and it looked like they had already been closed for a... while. But they sure took my money and order on the app! If you're not open then at least don't take my order and money throughthe app. Pretty simple to turn off ordering when closed but never happens here. Read more

While in the dining area the manager needs to have awareness of patrons. Speaking very loud to his employees. With cuss words... and then what sounded like a personal call while walking around also very offensive language. I'm glad to not have had my youngchildren with me today. They always forget something. Today they left out my daughter?s chicken nuggets. Of course, I only noticed after my 10-minute... ride back home. I called to ask what they can do. Literally the last 2 times we?ve gone to this location they?ve not put the bacon on our sandwiches. Ordered the jr bacon... cheeseburger the last time and just figured it was a simple mistake that they forgot the bacon, but got another one today alongwith a bacon doublestack and neither has bacon. They also added lettuce and tomato to the jr bacon cheeseburger both times. Likereally?? The food at this location was very good. However there was a grumpy elderly working at this location at noon time treating her... Co workers terrible she really needs an attitude adjustment and more customer service training otherwise they can watch theirbusiness go down hill. Read more
There's a reason the Jack in the Box down the way is super busy but there is no one at this Val Vista location. Staff clearly... doesn't want to work when they are gathered outside smoking and the girl at the window says they just happen to be out of whatyou ordered. Join the crowd and avoid this location.
