Most horrible experience I've ever had , I came in with my friend that has a handicap. As she was eating her salad which is... smaller than the other stores. The 2 woman working in there said you have to go the inside lobby closed already, pretty snooty .My friend said I'm almost done , they said it doesn't matter you must go. I'll never ho back to this location...the other couplethat was also inside , they got up and left not in a good mood. . They need to be fired both of them. Read more

The food is good. The service is fabulous but someone in the store is using people's receipts barcode numbers. I have the app... and this is the third time I can't use my barcode receipt for rewards because somebody else already took it. Read more

Great smoothies. Yummy sandwiches. Only thing, smoothies are unnecessarily large and cost around 7-8 dollars each. I usually... dont finish an entire drink unless it's a "meal" with protein. So I don't try a lot of the "fun" drinks. I would never drinkenough to rationalize spending $8. If they offered a smaller version, I would probably come here more often. Read more

Really annoyed..... Came to get a smoothie during happy hour. The cashier asked us to wait and then once she took our order she... told us we had missed happy hour. When I asked for more clarification she told me her computer said 7:01 and would no longerallow her to do the happy hour pricing. Bad customer service. Read more

I love their smoothies! Delish. My only grievance is that they remodeled their app and changed how you earn points. I went from... a free $5 to no available rewards. And now $1=10 points? and a free smoothie is 550 points?. So I have to spend $55 to get onefree smoothie now?. I?m not digging this new system. But other than that, I love it Read more

Starlight starbright, the first tropical smoothie I see I?m going too!! :) this one is realllly goood with awesome service from... the very articulate young ladies that?s helped with my order in this Monday morning! :) they were patient and quick and supernice.
