This is hard to do because of good past experience. But I ordered my food with no onions. Attached is the onions that were... included in the order. I also ordered my meal Medium and got the attached. I think they figure that it will be too far to goback and return the mess up...and in this case, they are right. Probably not going back. Read more

I'm not the type who leaves reviews even when the tasteof food or service of a business is horrible. However, when both... services and taste go way below standard I will mention it, probably the business doesn't know they're substandard. Soyesterday, 8/13/22, I purchased chow mein from this Thai chili to go store and aside waiting for extra 25 minutes after pick-uptime, the food was horrible. The amount of oil in the food was half of the content. You can see the attached photo. I know itisn't a healthy food store but I wasn't expecting to get half the container of oil in my food. Don't you people buy the oil atall? because what I got says exactly that. Initially I thought it was the sauce in the food but it's 90% oil and 10% sauce. Read more
This is my favorite Thai food chain and this location was great like their other ones. Manager Phoss provided fast,... professional,friendly service. I was out the door with a chow mein(half shrimp, half steak)bowl in minutes and the noodlequality is superior. It was hot fresh and delicious. Best Thai food in Gilbert AZ. Read more
We've eaten here many times, but it had been a while since our last visit. We ordered 4 items and noticed you are now charged $3... per protein added to your order. Understandable with inflation. However, after paying the extra $$, we discovered literally only3-4 very small pieces of chicken in each Pad Thai order. We had to dig to find them. If you're going to charge extra at leastprovide the item!!! The Drunken Noodles were maybe 1/3 noodles, 2/3 green pepper and carrot chunks, again with only 3-4 piecesof chicken. Also, despite ordering ahead, we waited almost an hour for our pickup order to be done! We won't be returning. Read more
If you like curry you will LOVE Thai Chili!! My family and I love the Yellow and Red curry dishes. The Thai Fried rice is also... good, unfortunately no one liked the Pad Thai. You can tell this place is becoming a local favorite because the lines aregetting longer and longer each time I visit. The dinning area is a bit small so it's best to get your meal to go.
