Line went VERY slow, and then items were missing from our order. When we let them know they kept arguing that everything was... there until finally they took the bag checked and saw they were wrong ???? forgetting items wouldn't bother me but arguing aboutit does. Read more
Its a taco bell so you get what you get. I give it one star because you can guarantee that they will short your order (if its... larger) every time in the drive thru. You have to check it before you drive away. It is so consistent that you would think thatthe franchise owners probably encourage this as each time the short a customer (that by the time they realize it they won't comeback) it funnels money right back into their pockets! I would almost bet the owners encourage this as no one could possibly havethis bad of QA! Read more
Sad to see LJS part gone, didn't go inside so I don't know how the renovations went, that said I had something for the first... time EVER at ANY TB and I'm a pretty old guy.....the food temperature was HOT! Yes even with drive-thru and taking it home :) One thing, the horrible smell that persists by the drive-thru, very, very funky. Read more
Got my order messed up, spilled my drink, fell on my face when i got home, bonked my head on the door because i forgot to turn... the knob, choked on the burrito, had a breakup, almost died from breathing, finished the last season of my favorite show, died,went to heaven, ate dinner with XXX, got sharted back to earth by God, and occupied the bathroom for 3 hours. I'm inside the taco bell right now. Eating a crunchedwrap Supreme with Black Beans. There is no black beans. I took a bite and... there was a black smear or a thin line smaller than a finger nail or a price a paper. When I realized I asked if they couldremake it with a bit more beans. Politely. The young lady was nice and asked and the manager started getting aggressive andsaying HE HAS TO PAY FOR IT! I'm not looking for double beans just a decent amount. They told me a half of scoop of beans iswhat I get. Than proceeded to charge me an additional $1.59 for the extra scoop. They ended up making it since the computer wasshowing a higher price than I was quoted. Once I reiceved my food. Same amount of beans. Please, for over $6 I expect to beable to at least see my food. I ask for two soft tacos with just meat and cheese. - no lettuce. Well, lettuce is the taste of sadness and there was sadness on... my tacos! Just rude and they do not listen! Also the hard tacos were all cracked! Place needs some quality checks andtraining. Read more
This is a combo Taco bell and Long John silvers. Went there at 5pm on a Saturday, was expecting it to be busy. Only 3... customers. Now I know why. Very disappointed with them not able to accept LJS coupons. They no longer put in the crispies withthe fish and chicken strips, sad... They only had fries for a side dish, when their $22.99 family dinner offered 2 sides I wasexpecting double the portion of fries. Not so much. About the same portion as a large fry at McD's. Certainly not enough to feeda family. LJS used to have a bell you would ring when you left to show you recieved good food and service, I would give thisexperience and big whoopie cushion sound. Great employees no issues when they needed to fix a mistake through drive through. I don't know why the chalupa bread wasn't... cooked but I ended up not eating 2 of them because of that! I upset about itas that was the 2nd mistake &I wish it to bereplaced! I left however veggie knowing&had to get to wk. Read more
