The kid here was awesome! We came in at the last minute and he was ready and willing to serve us with a smile ok his face. Very... professional and polite. I wish I knew his name. He was a tall blond kid. Very sweet!! Read more

I ordered a sandwich, the girl that made it seemed annoyed I was there, I went to my car to eat and choked on a small piece of... plastic that was toasted into the cheese. I'm normally not one to complain, but how did this happen? I went in a showed her, sheoffered a refund, set the money down on the counter with an attitudeat a point where I had to reach for it. I asked for a newsandwich because I didn't want to risk choking on more plastic and she basically ignored me. Then when I asked again with anattitude, she half-heartedly made it. She seems she needs to to be trained better at customer service. Not sure I'll be back ifshe is the employee working. Read more

I know my expectations of a Wal-Mart Subway should be as low as possible, but wow. This place is a train wreck of a dump... reminiscent of a gas station bathroom. Dingy, dirty floors and corners, torn wall paper and grimy walls. I played it safe andordered a pretzel. You would think that a simple soft pretzel would be hard for a teenager to mess up...you would be wrongthough, so wrong. She pulled the item masquerading as food out of a whole bag of frozen pretzels, brushed it with an oilysubstance, and salted it before popping it the microwave. But, it was not salted with pretzel salt or flaky salt, instead theyused actual fine table salt. That's right, they served me a nasty pretzel coated with table salt. Who does this? Subway does, apparently. I should be more upset and demand my money back, but the truth is....I only have myself to blame. I should haveknown better to expect edible food from a Subway anymore, especially one in the corner of a Wal-Mart. Lesson learned. Read more

It was okay except that they're promoting fresh everything but the tomato basil wrap was hard on the end, and it wasn't from... being toasted. And the shredded lettuce was noticeably turning brown and yet she still used it. The dining room was a mess fromprevious customers leaving behind trash on tables, food on the floor and between the seats. I know that with only one personworking that wasn't nothing much she could do about it but that's businesses nowadays trying to save a buck because they have topay it out in something else. Used to love subway, but after today I will never be coming back. I ordered a foot long sub, but upon measuring it, it was only... 11.75 inches! Subway has seriously gone downhill these past few years and is starting to get cheaper and cheaper. Further, whenI ordered my sandwich I was only given a mere TWO napkins!! I was expecting 4 at the very least. Very disappointed with thisplace. Read more
