I don?t ever leave reviews but I?m disappointed. I live down the street from this subway. Me and my roommate went in at about... 811pm and it?s the same girl working at night. The guy who made me sandwhich didn?t listen and added way to much sauce. AndTonight the girl threw my money on the counter instead of handing it to me. They also gave me bread that was to hard to eat. Thelast time I went I asked the girl for jalapeños she acted like it was such a hard job to pull them from the refrigerator behindher again we went in about 830 that time. They don?t close till 9 . One day, thought subway closed at 10 (they close at 9) My bad, we showed up at 9:20 and no one was there. We tried again,... showed up at 8:15. The door was locked, the kid working the food was serving his friend, making him a sandwich, and he lockedthe door so no one else would bother them. as we tried to open it, he pointed to his wrist like "Check the time" when it's 8 pmon a thursday. Went to Subway for dinner tonight. The employee who helped me (I think his name was Vince?) was so friendly and helped me craft... a different sandwich since they were out of the meat I usually get. The dining room was clean and it was overall a greatexperience! Great job guys! Read more
I hope the franchise owner sees this review. The production is very very slow. There are about 10 customers that walked out. I... was 4th inline and it took about 45mins before they got to me. I should have walked out after 20mins of waiting but I thoughtby the time I go to another subway and order it will take about the same time. But still end up waiting for additional 25mins. Both workers are taking their pretty time making the sandwich, there's one thing to make presentable but to take 10+mins to makea sandwich is ridiculous. The other person doing online order seem like she doesn't know what she's doing as she is all overthe place. This is lunch time and there should be more than 2 people working during this time. Ordered 2 sandwiches for the first time on your app for pickup. Got home and both sandwiches I ordered were made with everything... on them, even though it wasn?t what I selected. Had to drive back and wait for them to remake. Before going back, I tried tocall the store no less than 8x and let it ring 50+ times and no one ever answered. Asked about their phone when I went back (andAFTER my new sandwiches were made!) and the guy, who was about 18 years old and said he was the manager, said their phone isbroken and had been for a week. Said they can dial out, but it won?t ring. Lol. Really Subway??? You?re a business. Fix yourphones! Not impressed for my first experience using your app and your store. Read more
With all the craziness of the virus going around, this place has bent over backwards to make sure everything is clean and... distance-friendly. The manager was working there alone, doing his best, and was wonderful to me and my fiance. He made sureeverything was done right and even made my wrap perfectly toasted. This may not sound like much, but a lot of other subwaysbarely warm up their wraps, let alone "toast" them. This is definitely my fiance and I's go-to subway! Read more
I dont usually go to Subway but I had a coupon so I came in today and was pleasantly surprised. Larry warmly greeted us and made... our food perfectly, making sure there was enough of each ingredient to my liking. He was making jokes and singing to the music(he probably didn't think we noticed) and you can tell that he really loves his job. Today changed my opinion on this subway. Usually it?s been lower end service and food but today they must have had a new light... working and totally changed my perspective. His name is Brandon and Brandon was just killing it!! He had all fresh ingredients,was moving fast and efficiently, he ran this store solo like a boss! He had multiple orders going with Uber eats, customersetc.. and he was just cool calm and fast. Sandwiches were made great, store was clean, I mean this kid knows how to be a oneman army.
