I can?t even explain how disappointed I am, I ordered 3 foot long sandwiches yesterday online during my lunch break when I got... to work the sandwiches each had maybe 4 pieces of chicken each if that, and on top of that they didn?t even try to mask it withthe veggies they were just as stingy with that. Sandwiches are terrible typically and their website is idiotic. Why can't I see the ingredients for a sandwich while they are... closed to notify somebody what I want tomorrow? Horrible customer service (8/10/22). 2 employees who clearly don?t care and don?t want you to be there. Many things were out of... stock and the store was dirty, while we were eating and nobody was in line, the employees decided to go to the back and talkinstead of restocking items and cleaning the store. There was a complete lack of customer service skills, and we were rudelyasked what we wanted on our sandwich. No welcome, no thank you for coming, just the absolute bare minimum. The food was good, and the staff was nice, however, due to directions from "management," they refused to provide water cups to... paying customers. On top of that, they only accept cash. With the number of subway restaurants in the area, I recommend pickingone of the many other options around than dealing with the sub-par treatment and either proceedures or technical problems thatthis subway has yet to overcome. The subway that I visited today had excellent customer service. The shorter woman at the front with short black hair and... freckles and a younger man named ryan we?re very respectful, giving an excellent meal for me and other family members. 10/10service and great sandwich! OMG, Subway. This was supposed to be tuna and there's none to be found. What is this supposed to be? A mayo sandwich? Purchased... for over $6 today and had to throw it out. Get it together Higley and Elliott. This is laughable, and not in a good way. Read more
