WORST customer service. Do not go eat here if you?re expecting polite employees to help you. The manager (didn?t get a name) is... completely rude and will snap at you for the smallest things. I asked for a bit more mayo on a sandwich and she said ok wel youneed to tell me that next time. Then when we explained that we didn?t appreciate the customer service from her all she did waslaugh. The lack of customer service overall is upsetting. I understand that not every place is going to have supply due to demand and... simply the pandemic that we are in. They were out of meatballs which at this point it is what it is, my main complaint was thecustomer service and the wait times and having a hair in my food along with the rockhard bread that was not even edible. Thewhole experience overall was poor. To top it off I reached out to management and they absolutely had zero resolution. I?vebasically wasted almost $19 for nothing. I will not be back. Read more

I?ve been to this subway a handful of times now and it?s been hit or miss every time. I order through the app so it saves time... and it?s easier. One day in particularly they mistaken a Turkey and ham sandwich with Tuna. They made up for it after I saidthey messed up and they made up for it. So it?s okay no problem. Well the last two times I?ve been to this location I?ve had theworst experiences. I ordered a meatball sandwich and it was the worst sandwich I think I?ve ever had. I asked for it to be lighton the jalapeños and it felt like they gave me extra. I didn?t complain this time, I just figured I?d go one more time and ifit didn?t go well I just won?t go again. So I go again and I ordered my food about 15 minutes in advance so it?s ready when Iget there. I show up and it still wasn?t done so I wait patiently for 10-15 minutes while other people?s orders are being donebefore mine, yet I?ve ordered about 20-25 minutes ago at this point. At that point my break for work is almost over and I can?teat the food anymore. So I go up to the counter and she says ?ive been busy and i will get right on it, Etc.? Which iscompletely understand and I get that. All I ask is ?can you cancel it please I don?t have enough time to eat it anymore?? Andshe replied ?yes have a great day? So she did not care at all. She was just happy I was gone. Kind of thought that was rude butwhatever. Anyways I called the next day (Today) and someone answers the phone and I say ?Can I speak to a manager please? andwith attitude she says ?speaking? I try to explain at first and she says in a rude tone ?I can?t hear anything you?re saying. Ican?t hear you, etc.? after I finally get her to hear me. Went in today and a girl by the name of Emily was very very rude and disrespectful. I asked her about the ranch because it was... different than what they usually put on it, and she proceeded to yell at me I told her I was just asking, the manager is awesomebut this girl is disgusting and needs a attitude adjustment or FIRE HER I buy there all the time and this is the only employeethat has been disrespectful. Horrible food and service. Dirty counters, lids are all greasy and dirty. Lettuce all brown, my bread burned and crusty. Got... home to slime like substance and white chunks of fatty slime. We are just waiting to get sick. I tried to call last night andtoday, but no answer. I took pictures, just gross. They should be shut down, beware! $260.00 worth of groceries, and thenanother $20 for subs and this experience..will never go to this location again. Read more

No issues at this location. I grabbed some subs a couple of times when on the go. Nothing stellar, but no problems either. It... really depends on who's working there that day. Read more

I want to take the moment to thank employees that work at this location. They always have great attitude, are extremely... friendly, always smiling and very helpful. The store is always clean and they always have fresh food, soft bread and deliciouscookies! This is my favorite subway restaurant. Read more
