Horrible service.. the only starbucks open past 7 o'clock now and the guy gives me attitude about how I can't get anything... because he started cleaning the espresso machine already... I?ve come to this location before and have had no issues but came on 12/20 and checked to see if they were open before hand and... this page said it was. We pulled up and no one was responding through the intercom so we pulled to the window and the employeeswere rude when informing us they were closed. My boyfriend and I completely understand that they were closed but there was noneed for the unnecessary attitude when we were confused because there wasn?t any sign about closing at 7 at the drive through.Either update your hours on Google or tell your employees to have a better attitude when informing customers. I asked for a vanilla bean frap with oat milk and no whip. The lady brings it to me with whip and I told her again no whip. Well... she takes it to the back and wiped the whipped cream off the top and didn?t even make another one. Mind you I?m vegan and therewas still whip all on the top. Beyond lazy and rude here.
