This Starbucks has the coolest people working there . Seriously, I absolutely love the team there. They are like my family!... They remember my name, know how much I love my coffee- they rock! I can't find something I like. I'm an iced coffee drinker for obvious reasons and like a sweet flavor. The closest drink I can... find that gets my soldier standing tall is the iced blonde latte but if were being honest and comparing to BR, it's not as good.It always has a watered down flavor and I do t feel any jolt of energy. The staff is getting better with recognizing we do notwant to chit chat. Just give us our order and move on to the next customer. You don't care about my day and I don't care aboutyours. It's cool, let's just make the transaction so I can get to work and make someone a lot if money in exchange for penny's.Thanks for not raising your prices. I can't put my finger on it, but theres definitely something fishy with this location. The baristas are very friendly and they... are usually pretty quick here. The weird thing is that they always give you a Grande size when you order venti. I only orderventi because I'd rather have too much coffee than not enough and every time they hand me a grande. I know I am charged thecorrect amount for a venti. And since the sticker on the side of the cup reads Grande they always look at me like I'm crazy.They are good about making my order right but I feel like a Karen always having to ask for the correct size. I let it slide afew times before finally mentioning it. Ive also paid cash and given extra to add to tip jar but only the coins are added to thetip jars, never the bills. Nice people and it's pleasant with Wi-Fi, but they only have one kind of coffee most of the time ("Pike Place", a generic medium... roast). You would think that a coffee restaurant would have more than one roast. For goodness sake Circle K has four! Read more
Starbucks is absolutely amazing! There customer service is amazing because they help you if you don't know anything about it and... they are just nice people in general. I am a constant customer her every week and I enjoy going here!! Another amazing thingabout Starbucks is if you don't like coffee they have food, pastries, hot coco, tea, drinks, desserts and many more. This location is the best place for a coffee or a Frap. The teething issues listed in the previous reviews have been resolved.... The manager Jaylynne has returned and with a core of veterans from the old warner location the service has become superb. Thelocation is fully staffed with motivated people. I often here laughter from the team as they go through the work day. They knowmy name and my order is ready as I walk up to the window. Great leadership leads to a motivated team. You can order ahead online, but you can only pick it up on the drive through... So I waisted 15 minutes stuck in the drive... through when I should've been able to just grab it from the counter. The line was much longer than what the picture shows. Read more
