Went through the drive thru and was greeted by Bree. I ordered a sandwich and small black coffee- I didn?t realize that the... coffee was close to $4. I think she could hear the struggle in my voice, as I have been out of work, I was debating if I shouldget the coffee. When I got to the window she handed me my sandwich and a LARGE coffee and said ?don?t worry about it- merryChristmas!? Megan just has horrible customer service for drive-through window. I love when it?s sweet, bubbly employees ready to kick off... your morning but unfortunately Megan didn?t not do that at all. I was getting 4 different drinks.. so I went inside to make sure they made them right. First they didnt call my name and my... drinks sat for more than 10 minutes on the counter.. and second they DID mess up on my drinks. Had to wait 5 more minutes forthem to make the order right. New location. Replaces smaller location nearby. This locating had a drive through and much more seating. You will find all the... normal drink and food fare as at other Starbucks. The space continues the trend of modern open design. Location has quickservice and has been accurate during our multiple visits. Read more
