This Starbucks is inside Frys so if you're waiting for someone shopping this is a good place. Otherwise definitely avoid this... one. The quality of service and of coffee has slowly declined at this location. The coffee tastes old whether it?s hot or cold, the... flavored drinks are usually overly sweet, and the cold brew is so bold it?s bitter. Two stars because there?s free WiFi and it?sconveniently located in Fry?s. I suggest going to the stand alone Starbucks in the same parking lot or Coffee Rush across thestreet. Read more
First, how do you run out of venti cups?? Never heard of a coffee shop running out of cups. Second, when a customer asks you to... make sure the drink is stirred, and the response is "absolutely," it would be nice to make sure the drink is actually stirred. I asked for one of the new drinks like ombre pink, pink drink, violet drink... basically any refresher with coconut milk! Lady... in the drive thru had no idea what I was referring to and suggested I get a plain Jane tea lemonade. Went to another locationand they knew RIGHT AWAY. I loved my ombre pink. Read more
They took over 5 minutes to take my order (1 drink) than they took over 15 to make my one drink. I also ordered a extra shot of... expresso and i only got 2.5 (normally comes with 3). I watched as she failed to place a shot glass under the dispenser. I go tomultiple different locations and will never go back to this one. They were under staffed 3 people running drive thru, frontcounter and making all the drinks. Manager never once stepped up to help! Read more
Everyone here is always super friendly and the drinks are made quick. They should work with the new girl, Kat, on her customer... service and social skills. I start my day here and instead of a happy and friendly interaction, I feel like I'm bothering her.She is the only reason I only gave 4 stars, otherwise they are a 5 star store! Read more
