This Starbucks is inside Frys so if you're waiting for someone shopping this is a good place. Otherwise definitely avoid this... one. I had really rude service from a female employee (didn't get name) and the coffeevwas poor compared to what Starbucksusually does....actually, poor compared to what anyone does. Read more

The quality of service and of coffee has slowly declined at this location. The coffee tastes old whether it?s hot or cold, the... flavored drinks are usually overly sweet, and the cold brew is so bold it?s bitter. Two stars because there?s free WiFi and it?sconveniently located in Fry?s. I suggest going to the stand alone Starbucks in the same parking lot or Coffee Rush across thestreet. Read more
First, how do you run out of venti cups?? Never heard of a coffee shop running out of cups. Second, when a customer asks you to... make sure the drink is stirred, and the response is "absolutely," it would be nice to make sure the drink is actually stirred.
