Oof. Unfortunately this location ain?t it for me. The last few times I?ve came here they messed up my order and just now again... the girl working gave us the wrong lattes and put ?no egg? on our sausage, egg, and cheddar sandwiches for some reason. And Imade sure to say sausage, EGG and cheddar lol. I got home and realized but at this point I?m not ever going back to thislocation, we threw it away and are driving to the next closest location. Walked into the Cooper/Warner today and ordered at the counter. Waited exactly 15min then requested my money back. Not waiting... 15min for one Nitro brew when all they have to do is pour it. Girl giving my refund couldn't have cared less. Even thanked meinstead of apologizing. Lousy and they don't care. Read more
Went to grab some drinks for myself and a coworker. I cannot remember the girl in the drive thru, I think her name was Adrianna?... Not positive. Anyway, just wanted to say she truly made my day! At this Starbucks location they offer in door and outdoor seating. It is open til 9:30pm. I would say this is a wheelchair... accessible location. They have a ramp. At this Starbucks location they have several outlets for your technologies. They have agreat display of accessories, cups, reusable cups, coffees and little gifts. The staff are super friendly and are very helpful.They do have free Wi-Fi. Remember ordering from the app can be faster. Read more
Great service and such helpful staff! Somehow when my app was scanned, I didn't get a free birthday drink offer, even though I'm... signed up for rewards. Maybe the account has to show frequent use or something, but it was all too much effort in my opinion.But the gal at the window was so kind and patient while I looked through my emails etc!
