So...... Went in and ordered 5 drinks. $30. 2 of them were expensive lattes. Get them home.they didnt even put the espresso in... them. Lol. The Carmel Brule latte...well. no Carmel, no espresso, but hey, Luke warm steamed milk. Peppermint mocha? Juststeamed milk and chocolate. And I tipped them, not knowing. I don't know if they were ALL new today but this was the worst service I've ever seen. I made a mobile order. I got there when... it said it was ready, but I understand when sometimes it takes longer. I got my drink 20 minutes late. There were 10 otherpeople waiting for their drinks and they made multiple people's drinks wrong. I have never seen that slow of a staff. They didhave enough time to chitchat with a coworker who came in to get a drink. And they were able to make his drink quickly. If thisis the new staff then I'm for sure not coming back. Starbucks already isn't good. It's just convenient. If you're not going tobe convenient anymore then I guess I have no reason to go there. Read more
