I?ve cream shake, bomb. Frozen slushes, bomb. Even all the late night munchies food options, bomb. And best of all the price... is actually reasonable considering the delicious quality compared to other places like Dairy Queen for example. I neverthought I?d see the day where you need a 10 just to get a shake/ blizzard/desert for one person at DQ! And unfortunately they?renot the only place you see that at lately. Remember when cones were under a dollar? Or deli bars 1.50? DQ doesn?tapparently. Sonic 1/2 price also every time you order from app or online, totally worth it!!!! No drive thru experience should take so long. I went the other day and waited five minutes before being acknowledged and then... another 5 and I just ended up leaving. Was the only car at the drive thru. Went back today to try again and the whole ordealtook at least 15 minutes and I only got drinks. They are obviously short staffed, but still. Better off going elsewhere. Read more
Horrible service. Waited in a stall for 15mins before someone barked at me to pull into the drive-thru where I proceeded to wait... another 15mins to place my small order. And another 10mins at the window. Really? It would be nice for someone to acknowledge meand/or tell me right away that they're only taking drive-thru. Maybe hire more staff. Or close early. Read more
Waited in like for over 20 minutes, when they finally handed me my Honey BBQ popcorn chicken, there was literally a drop of BBQ... sauce. Then they knocked over the chili cheese fries, remade both maybe but didn't yell us what was going on? But still ended upgiving us the wrong order. Gave us tots instead of chili cheese fries. I went there with my wife to pick up some dinner. After trying to understanding the girl on the monitor and wondering if we got... order right it was 20 minutes we got our food, if that is what you call it. The buns and tater tots had a taste of burnt oil andthe strawberry shake was more a vanilla shake. We won't be going there in the future, it waa just the worst hamburgers we everhad. Read more
