I used to like sonic, but there are fewer and fewer things I trust from there. And it doesn't matter which sonic I go to. They... never ever give you the sauces that either come with the item (marinara for cheese sticks, or icing for Cinnabon bites) it'seven come down to me ordering and paying for extra just to make sure it's physically written on the order receipt and 90% of thetime it still doesn't make it in the bag. It's happened so often I just now assume this isn't a fluke, it's their regularpractice. Don't say you serve broccoli tots with ranch. Then forget the ranch. And why do you advertise cookie dough bites withice cream. If they come out in a bag sans ice cream. Luckily their half price drinks in the app are what keep mearound.....when the app is working..... Pulled up and placed my extremely simple order of basic drinks and a couple milkshakes. Had my 3yr old in the car, super... excited to get a strawberry milkshake. We then sat there for a minimum of 15 min waiting patiently, only figured out somethingwas up when a car pulled up next to us and the person over the intercom said they were closed "this was at 4pm". We pressed thebutton to speak to someone- we get someone else who now let's us know they're closed and when we ask about our order that hadalready been placed the person replied with " oh yea I see that one its right here" .they then inform us that there credit cardmachine was down. So they were going to let us sit there and continue to wait for drinks and a milkshake that was never going tocome. When we asked to speak to a manager the only response was " uh I'm sorry?? Witnessed the worker eating a chili dog with one hand while making my shake with the other. So gross. I?ve had issues every... single time I?ve come to this location. Whether missing item or items, my order made wrong or just bad customer service. Willdrive further to avoid this location. Would give 0 stars if I could. Read more
We ordered a diet Coke with one lime wedge in it. And when we were at the window we opened it and there were two lemon wedges in... there. The young lady at the window kept arguing with us that it was limes. When we asked if there was something that we coulddo she didn't know. So we asked if she could go and ask somebody and so she closed the window and went to go ask someone and wecould see her slapping her hands and bobbing her head like if she was talking smack. Then another young lady candy and said thatthey were limes. Then they gave us attitude. Asking if the lime was green enough for us when she was remaking the drink. Read more
I orderd honey bbq chicken combo and this is what you get. Looks nothing like the menu and shows employees are very lazy in... their work. Also employees dont listen to their customers request . everytime i go to this location they mess up my order. Read more
We picked up dinner from Sonic and both mine and my son's chicken sandwiches were raw. I ate some of my sandwich and I noticed... the chicken texture tasted different. IT WAS RAW!! Thankfully my son had just taken a bite and I had him spit it out! It'sdisgusting and unacceptable. Read more
Horrible experience, me and my family ordered from this location, granted it is Thanksgiving but the store shows they were open.... we were able to place the order and they took the money, so obviously you would think they are open. But when we got down thereit was closed and there was no workers insight. If you are running a business and have online access to order products, makesure that you turn off anything that shows you are open. It's absolutely ridiculous that this happened, do better ????????
