Burgers and fries are always good, but very slow service. Probably 4 groups only dining in including us, but not prioritized... ahead of lots of call in orders with the restaurant understaffed. I saw only 4 people working on a Friday night. Read more

First bad experience I had at a smash burger. It was a customer service problem only. The young man at the register and the cook... were super helpful and friendly. The woman who was the shift manager has no customer service skills at all. The problem: thecard reader on the register did not work. The young man called her over to ask if he could switch to the other register, shedidn't bother to find out what the problem was, just told him no and to reboot the register. Then she disappears in the back. Noproblem, I understand glitches happen. While waiting for the register to reboot, my food comes ready. The young man tries toring me up, but the problem still exist. The women comes out of the back, checks my order then comes to the register and rebootsit herself again (because this worked so well the first time). I'm the only customer there, and she hasn't bothered toacknowledge me in any way. So we awkwardly wait for the register to reboot and all the while my food is sitting in the window.Other customers begin coming in and she goes to ring them up!! Can't she do this for me??? My food has been ready for close to10 minutes now and I'm beginning to wonder if I want cold food. She comes back over to check on the register again and it's ano go. The young man ask if I can at least have my food while she fixes the problem and she says no, because I haven't paid forit. I mean, where am I going? Can't she ring me up on the other register? Then she proceeds to pull at a manual and go through anew procedure, bouncing back and forth while ringing up other people and handing them their orders. At this point I politelytold them I was leaving. I can't remember when I've had such poor customer service. The young men working the register and doingthe cooking were very polite and kind. Total rip-off. The menu is already over priced. The portions are small. You pay $4 for fries that in only 2/3 full for a... portion size that you can get for around $2 elsewhere. The shake is over $6, but they only fill it 2/3 and is always too thin.Tonight I ordered on the app for immediate pickup. When I arrived 15 minutes later I was told I had to wait another 15 minutesfor my fry and two shakes. What is the point of ordering ahead. I won?t be back. Read more
After reading the reviews of this Smash Burger location I felt it deserved a current review. First time eating at a SB I showed... up at 4:00pm on a Wednesday there were no customers when I arrived was promptly helped with explanation of the menu I chose adouble bacon cheeseburger and a shake. When my food arrived it looked delicious and I jumped in to take a bite of the hottestfreshest burger I have ever had! Absolutely delicious! Place was clean & staff very friendly! Read more
I have been to smash burger many times at other locations and this was my first time at this location. The Patty was maybe the... size of beef that would normally be used for a slider. I have never seen a smash burger as small as this one in all of the manytimes eating smash burger. I don?t know if it?s the cooks fault or if smash burger changed their policy but I definitely won?tbe back and encourage others to go get a burger somewhere else Read more
I was unable to order in person at the register. I stood there for well over 5 minutes and was never acknowledged, eventually I... just walked out. Waste of time. Someone was behind the register making Shakes the entire time and refused to take my order oreven say hi. Read more
