My wife is very fond of port of subs. On a Friday night my wife decided we wanted to have a good meal. Upon my arrival at 7:26... pm I was greeted by the lights turned off and the sign light off. Door being unlocked and well over a half hour before closing Iproceeded inside only to be stopped by two teenage boys saying they are closed because the night has been slow and they have putup the ingredients. After leaving very upset and disappointed my wife called asking on the phone why they were closed. Theychanged their reasoning that they were out of ingredients. After my wife spend a few minutes on the phone trying to get thestore managers number or email they would not give out the information. My wife proceeds to give them my personal cell number togive to their manager to call me. I do expect a phone call in regards to why this situation should ever happen. If anyone wantsto talk to me further I have photos of the workers, the signs and lights being off with time stamps and dates. This happenedtonight and we are very disappointed with how things turned out. Read more

I?ve worked nearby for 2 years now and the quality of this shop has diminished rapidly since the blonde lady left. She was... always so friendly but now that she?s gone, it seems to be run by teenagers that are treated poorly. The past few times I?vecome in here they don?t have all the toppings out or prepared, and the ones that are, are not fresh. I truly hope the ownerreads this and decides to try to correct this train before it completely derails. This is definitely not the same Port of Subs Iused to visit several times a week. Read more

My daughter and I stopped there yesterday. We walk in and two young guys were behind the counter. The one who "greeted" us let... us know they were out of fresh bread. That should of been my cue to leave. We ordered our food and he moved so slow. Oursandwiches were so flat in a machine. While he was still making our food the other guy rang us up. With the same gloves hehandled money with came to help his friend. My daughter said "excuse me, can you please change your gloves" we got our food andit was terrible. Worst sub I've ever had. We threw the food away and I'll never go back. Not only were they horrible at customerservice. That food was awful and nothing tasted fresh. Horrible experience!! Read more

This place closes at 8 o?clock in the evening when other sandwich shops normally close at 9 o?clock like Jersey Mike?s. So I... decided to get a porta subs a try since I haven?t been here in a while and I arrive at 7:40 only to be told that the store isclosed. The two kids inside told me they got permission to shut down early. So I guess when it comes to postage hours on a doorthey have no relevance whatsoever. This is the last time I will ever cater to a port of subs again. But other sandwich shops I?msurprised that this business is still around. Read more

I called ahead and they didn?t even begin the orders. The employees couldn?t read a paper with 3 orders and get a single order... right. When we brought it to the manager?s attention (Drake) he laughed. Thanks for the terrible customer service. Read more

I?ve been going here off and on for 13 years. Usually I?ve never had any issues till today. Order placed online and was ready... when I got there . That was good. As for the sandwiches ehh. Minimal jalapeño on mine and I asked for both reg Mayo andsriracha Mayo. Limited of the Mayo and no sriracha . When I got home i dug in and that?s where the dissatisfaction happened. Notaste whatsoever ever. My wife had hard bread and barely ate half of hers. Both of us said the same thing no taste and badbread. Here?s where it gets worse. About two hours later both of us were sick and throwing up. Both of us are the same thingsand this was where we got sick. Never had that before. No other sickness in the house. Very hard pressed to say I will go backagain and will take the drive to wich wich for a better quality sub. Such as shame as this place was so good in the past nowit?s quality has diminished. Great tasting subs. Fresh meat sliced right in front of you. Good menu selection and you can customize the sandwich. Platters... are also available and and you can order online so it is ready ahead of time. Read more

Horrible customer service. Woman had a nasty attitude and was rude and clearly does not know what their menu says. I stated I... wanted everything on my sandwhich when it came to the condiments and vegetables. The posted menu shows all that is included onthat and she proceeded to tell me its not that hard for you to pick what you want from here. Once again i stated well i wantwhat the menu shows and than started reading each individual item. She than said ugh so ill just make it how we normally do.That is what I asked for from the get go so i have no clue why she had an attitude and was being rude. The woman at the registeralso had an attiude. I can not believe after reading the reviews and seeing responses from the buisness customer service isstill an issue here. There were also no lids for the medium drinks so my husband asked for a lid and it didn't fit. Thebathroom trash is over filled and soap was practically empty. When I went back inside from eating outside to go to the bathroomthey were all loud and laughing with their conversations so they clearly weren't busy. I have no clue why the bathroom was notcleaned and stocked properly if they weren't busy. This is our first time here and last time here. Read more
