Ordered online ahead of time. They said they just gave our order away to the person in front of us. They then tried to give us... our ?new? meal and didn?t give us any of our drinks or sides. Then once they finally got us our new order - it was COMPLETELYwrong. Had to turn right around and go back to then get AGAIN the correct items. This location is at Higley and Baseline. I have shopped here once before using the mobile app. The first experience was less... than stellar. After reaching out to customer service the error on my first order was rectified by a coupon to insure my return.I decided to take another chance with this establishment, and to my chagrin this location failed to provide timely service foranother online order. When I arrived to pickup my order I was asked to pull around for a short wait. The issue is lies in theinconvenience of pre-ordering and not having food ready. Then hearing the line cook complain about the size of the order. Ifordering ninety-six chicken tenders is too much for online ordering please remove the option. The food looked the part but did not make a very good impression. The server was pleasant and professional when we interacted... with her inside of the restaurant. The restaurant lobby and restrooms were clean. The service to deliver our food to go was abit slower than preferred. Which was surprising since there was so much chicken already prepared. The food we ordered did nottaste fresh. The chicken pieces provided were much smaller than other Popeyes locations we've eaten at. We asked for a plainsandwich for our son which the server acknowledged, she communicated it with the chef and still there was not a plain sandwichdelivered. All of our fries were cold and my husband ordered spicy chicken and received non-spicy chicken. Very disappointedwhen eating our food, couldn't eat but a couple of fries as some of them did not taste fully cooked. My chicken wings were tastybut dry and were luke warm with heat. Because we got our food to go on the way to an appointment we could not turn around and goback to the restaurant. Just very disappointed. Recommendation if you eat here don't be in a rush and check your food beforeleaving to ensure your order is right and hot. Read more

Fresh, tasty, hot (temp & taste because I only get spicy), fast & pleasant service. Dine in - went inside - my first time &... won't be the last ! Very nice they gave me coupons too & a generous veteran's (with ID) discount - so yummy. Plus the StrawberryLemonade of which was "delish" & I did my usual of adding water they graciously gave a cup for. Read more
