Nasty. I used to stop in every so often, but haven't been in in over a year until the other night. I decided to go in and order... thinking it would be faster, but it took 30 MINUTES for me to get my food. Then my 3 piece strips were basically 3 scraps barelyequivalent to one full strip. I think I got food poisoning as well because... well you can guess why. Never going there again. Read more

I was very pleased with the service at the counter but I sat for 20 minutes inside the restaurant before I received my food. The... chicken tenders were cold and greasy. The fries were good as was the biscuit but the popcorn shrimp was overcooked. Not sure Iwill return to this location again. Read more
I came to this restaurant for lunch a couple days ago, the staff was friendly. There was one downfall I ordered the two-piece... combo and a 8-piece nugget, the nuggets were cold that was the only negative thing. I had to wait 5 to 8 minutes for freshnuggets to be cooked, but overall this restaurant is getting better based on my past experiences. Read more
The chicken was good and fresh, but of course they forgot to give me the extra biscuit that I paid for. It wouldn't be a big... deal but this is a pattern with Popeyes here in the Valley. Either they don't have chicken ready or it's old or the biscuits arehard as a rock, all three or food is missing. I'm sick of it. Read more

Google will never let you tell the truth about a restaurant and if you'll notice anything ever rank below a 2 is never even... shown. Truth hurts sometimes. As long as I've been eating chicken here and I hear and watching the commercials about the chickensandwich. They should definitely just stick to chicken because I don't know what people talk about, but this sandwich, it is notthat good at all. Think about what you see on the commercial and look at what I'm showing you when I ordered at the Therestaurant, Bun was soggy and I was looking for the rest of my macaroni and cheese. Look, I'm the first person who can understand technical difficulties, pos systems going down, being short staffed, literally any... service industry issue.. however the amount of lack of customer service at this location was absolutely appalling. I have noidea what was going on at this location today (Dec 1st 22) but I waited in line at the drive through for over 30 minutes. I wastrapped in line with cars in front of me and behind me otherwise I would have left. Once I got to the window I waited withoutcommunication from staff for over 10 minutes for a total of 40 minutes in line. All of the staff were huddled in a group talkingto each other with zero sense of urgency, with little to no communication to their customers and left us hanging. We ended upleaving without even getting our food or paying because we couldn't even talk to the staff about what was going on. While inline we could see multiple of them on their phones passing their phones around and chit chatting. Worst experience I've ever hadat this location and I will 100% never be back, unless the staffing situation is rectified. Better training needs to be put inplace here. Read more
