Picazzo's pizza was the perfect date night vibe! My husband and I saw this restaurant as we were leaving our daughter's swimming... lessons a few months ago and we said "we HAVE to try this place" simply because they had vegan Italian options - super hard tocome by. Our waiter was nice, he gave us his recommendations for our entree and drinks. I had the Cosmo and it was PERFECT.Husband had an Old Fashion and he said it was made to perfection as well (he is super picky with his old fashions!). It was okay, food wasn't terrible but wasn't amazing. I understand that restaurants are all short staffed right now but the wait... time once sat at the table was pretty bad. We waited over 30 minutes just to place our order. Both tables next to us werefrustrated as well. Once we did place our order the food came out pretty quickly. But once we were done and ready to get goingwe waited again for a good amount of time just to get boxes and the check. We were thankful we had cash and didn't use a card.We would have been sitting there for a while. I'd say if your looking for average gluten free /vegan options then order heretake out not dine in. We have been to Picazzo's on several occasions and the food has always been really good. I love when a place provides a fully... vegan menu, we are not used to having such a wide selection! I got the chkn parm (because I can't help myself). It definitelywill fill a craving or two in the future! The food is a bit pricey, but the quality and portions are good enough to justify it.Love the concept of healthy Italian. Read more

This is a great restaurant offering healthy options for pizza and pasta. We have known this restaurant in Sedona for the longest... time. They tell me they've been open in Gilbert for about a year. This location is a not hidden, which is too bad, we wished wewould've known about it much earlier. Great pizza and pasta, they have gluten free options. Very tasty and good service. Read more

We ordered for the first time here. We were really interested by seeing the "healthy" title. Our order was a BBQ chicken pizza... (attached pic). The pizza tasted barely "ok". It was full of sodium (too salty), the sauce tasted awful in mouth. I wouldneither call this healthy nor tasty. Read more

We really want to love this location! Restaurant is clean and inviting, and service is great. Unfortunately, the food has been... a letdown. For the second time, we waited over 15 minutes past our pick-up time for part of our order, only to take home crispyburned pizzas. They got cold as I waited, and we couldn't heat in the oven at home because they were already burned. The wingswe waited on all that time were underdone and we had to bake those anyway! We didn't have time to wait on a remake on thislarge (over $100) holiday order. Sadly we may have to find a new favorite. We pay a lot but can't count on qualityfood. UPDATE: Manager has reached out and offered to replace part of our meal, which is much appreciated. We are willing togive them another chance as it really is a nice location. Read more

I realize this place hasn't been open an incredibly long time, but the service/kitchen times desperately needs improving. We... arrived at 5:30 pm on a Friday and we're pleasantly surprised to get sat right away. We sat at our table for 5 minutes beforeour server showed up to take our drink order. She brought those to us a few minutes later and said she would be right back. Wewatched her walk gingerly back and forth. During this time I saw five workers, including what looked to be the manager, chattingby the hosts stand. After 10 minutes a different server showed up and said she was taking over. She was very nice and took ourorder, but the food took over 30 minutes to arrive at our table. We ordered 3 appetizers and a salad. The food was all verygood, it just shouldn't take that long. I noticed another table that arrived after us that seemed to be bored waiting for theirfood too. I asked the server if it was normal to take that long, she said they were short handed in the kitchen. We'lldefinitely try this place again, but maybe on a less just night. Read more
