There is a reason this store has a low review rating. Horrible customer service. I have a fundraiser card I purchased that... includes a buy one get one free pizza from Papa Johns. When I tried to purchase online, the code didn?t work. I called toexplain and they just said ?sorry. Nothing we can do. Talk to the person you bought the card from.? I called the Baselinelocation and they listened to me and honored the discount. Baseline location for the win. I usually go there anyway, I justthought I would try Val Vista bc it is slightly closer. Check your pizzas prior to leaving! Depending on who makes it, the pizzas are inconsistent on toppings. Our papadilla had... little toppings. 2 out of the 4 times we ordered within the last month and half, there was more outer crust than normal andlittle toppings on them. Read more
I used to love their pizza it was really affordable and really good. But I just ordered 2 LARGE pizzas and it was $39.06. I get... it if they were specialty pizzas but it wasn't they was literally just large pizzas. Since when was a large pizza 16.99? Itmakes no sense they deserve to go out of business for that. I used to love Papa John's but lately haven't been as pleased. The last two times I've ordered ahead pickup and I get... notification that they're complete 30 min early. I set a time for a reason because that's when I plan to pick up so then I getnot fresh pizza. Plus, last night I had two sets of bread sticks and both were burnt. They were done 30 min before I came topick up and no one thought to remake them?! I usually don't check before I drive home but if I order here again I guess I willhave to be my own quality control. I don't usually post bad reviews but after two back to back experiences they have lost my patronage. Order alot of pizza with... kids. The last one came with the toppings on one side of the box and the crust on the other after a 90 minute wait. I didn't askfor a new one to be delivered, offered a picture and asked for a comp pizza next order. They graciously agreed . Few days laterhad to work late and kids ordered again. I called to say please use my comp and send this pizza to my house. Driver arrived andkids called saying they wanted payment. I called back and the person on the phone actually said oldest trick in the booklady.... Try something new. Paid for the pizza.... Will never order from here again. Read more
Used to love this place, best pizza and wings. But somethings changed. Wings today were dry and barely sauced and pizza was like... cardboard. Second time in a row its been this way, feels and tastes like gluten free, maybe that's their new crust, but it washard and flavorless vs the soft and fluffy it used to be. I ordered a large supreme works with everything and a brownie. The app made a mistake and deleted everything except for the... brownie. I waited 90 minutes for my order to get dropped off and all I got was the brown. When I called and spoke with themanager he said so sorry that happened to you have a nice day. I?ve been eating Papa John?s for the last 20 years and neveragain. He just lost a lifelong customer. Read more
