There are many, many choices for Mexican food near my home in Mesa and I don't always go to Nando's. But when I'm in the mood... for an experience or am entertaining out of town guests, Nando's is my first choice. Extensive menu, prepared wonderfully andserved promptly by willing servers. Salsa is great as are the Margaritas. We choose outdoor seating when appropriate. Just agreat restaurant! Read more

This is the second time I?ve had a poor dining experience here. The first time I went and had a bad experience sitting in the... bar area as I had to ask for a server to serve us and waited very very long for our food with two toddlers who werehungry. Today, I dined in with my sister and our two toddlers again. Our server was not attentive and took forever to get usitems we asked for. No big deal, but I also ordered a to go order for my mother who is sick at home. When I got home the orderwas wrong. We ordered a green chili burrito with red enchilada style. They put green. It was too hot she couldn?t even eat thefood. I then called and asked to have it remade. The host said they would remake it and I could pick it up later this evening asI have a toddler to tend to right now. The manager Rosie then got on the phone and told me just because the sauce was wrong shewould not remake the burrito. She would refund me $2.50 for the sauce. I?m sorry but being refunded $2.50 for a $20 meal that mymother couldn?t eat is ridiculous. This is the last time I will dine here unfortunately due to my last few experiences. Read more

The food quality has gone down significantly, We used to love the carne asada plate, I ordered it again on 7/8/22. Was... immediately appalled by the visible quality of the carne asada, it tasted watery and was significantly colder then the rice andbeans on my plate. I suspect it was precooked, taken out of the fridge and seared on the stove very quickly. They did remake itfor me and the second time it was actually hot. Still overcooked not sure why they ask how you want it if it only comes out oneway. Ordered the guacamole and chip for the table, also tasted manufactured we had to add salt and pepper ourselves for any typeof flavor. Overall not a place we?ll be coming to again. Read more

I love it here, there food is absolutely amazing. No matter what you get, it is very good. The only downside was that I was... trying there new Morgue-A-Rita, a special drink for Halloween. I loved the drink, but one of the waiters came by and asked if Iliked it and I replied "yes, it's great" and he responded with "really? I don't, too much tequila" .... well okay? He said it asif nobody should like it. He probably shouldn't be doing that if Nandos wants more guests. Anyways, other than him.. I had adelicious dinner. Read more

We have always wanted to eat here. It is always busy! We did manage to go and we did like it. The nachos from the happy hour... menu look really good. Might try those the next time we go. The lunch menu is well priced but we got there a few minutes tolate. Tryed the sopa de albondigas. Better than any other place I have tried. The fajitas are ok. Our concern was how full thisplace gets and they don't space out the tables. Read more

Really good! We started eating b4 remembering to take pics lol. The best thing was the Fajita Philly which was listed under... burgers. It was delicious! And the fries were crispy and tasty as well. The only thing was that the bread was under all of themeat and veggies, so it was soggy, but the flavor was on point. It also had a cheese sauce on the side that tastes good with thefries, burger and the chips. There were two dips/salsas that came with chips, and the chunky salsa in the small carif/jar, wasgood, but the one that comes in the small plastic container tasted like pizza sauce, and it was not appetizing. The frozenmargarita was disappointing because it wasn't strong, barely frozem, and it was watered down. My son ordered the steak taco, andthe chicken nachos, and he enjoyed it. They weren't the best nachos ever, but "pretty good" according to him. Grant, our waitorwas really nice and attentive. We would go back just to see him. We would definitely go back for the burger dish, but not in arush to be honest. I would like to explore other, hopefully more authentic, Mexican restaurants. Read more
