Absolutely positively the slowest drive-through experience I've ever had anywhere, of course the hamburger came out cold because... it probably sat inside so long. AVOID this place unless it's 5 o'clock in the morning. It doesn't even deserve a one starrating. Read more

McDonald?s was created to be a Fast Food resturant, the whole point is getting the food at the Window Right? These younger then... usual kids working at the location, are anything but fast, respectful, and honest. I wait at least 20 minutes for my usual orderevery time, but the McDonald?s down the street brings me my order at the window. Read more

Been waiting in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes now. Triple the amount of people have been received and ordered in the other... lane. Well over a half dozen people were processed in the first lane while only two in my lane got an order. They weren'tbacked up. By the time I gave up and left a whopping One person was still waiting on their order. They apparently weren't backedup. What happened? Read more

The food at this new McDonald?s is absolutely the worst I?ve ever had. We now have to pay $10 plus for a big Mac meal and I... expect it to be fresh and hot. Also only kids work there and They could care less about anything for anyone. Read more

I will not be coming back. I've had several issues with this location and today was the final straw. I ordered just an unsweet... tea. When i get to the 2nd window, the manager tries to hand me a happy meal. I tell her I ordered an unsweet tea. She takesforever and returns and hands me an extremely watered down looking tea. I'm in a hurry so I take it. First sip.. ....yep it'ssweet tea with added water. If they were out of unsweet tea, they should've just given me a refund. I'm done here with thisbusiness. Seems to be in dire need of motivated manpower. Need to clean its indoor playground. Its floor is dirty. Kiosk asked for table... number. It would really help if the tables are really properly numbered and make use of this kiosk feature. Manual note abovethe kiosk indicates to just enter any random number for the table. Order number was printed on the receipt. Waited to beprocessed to show up in their order screen but my order number was nowhere to be seen. A lot of misleading ordering info notproperly utilized in their ordering system. Read more

Received an extremely raw burger. I went back through the drive thru to show the staff and to get my money back, they could care... less. The ?manager? had an attitude and does not know how to listen to customers. Don?t waist your time and money at thislocation. Disrespectful staff and could care less about your experience. Read more

Was excited to try this new location. Was very disappointed. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took over 15 minutes... for our food and drinks. Our food was cold, they got my order wrong , and my sons happy meal was missing French fries and one ofthe nuggets. They didn?t give us napkins or straws and had to wait about 5 minutes to acknowledge me. I asked about the missingFrench fries and the employee said sorry, he couldn?t help me with that. There was also a young employee eating French fries inthe kitchen in plain site with his gloves on and then continued to work. Don?t think employees are trained well. Only good thingabout this place was the kids play area. Read more
