Saturday night 10/22 @ 7:53pm heading home after a function we decided to run through the drive thru. Sat waiting for someone... to respond at the speaker, nothing. Drove up to the first window, had two employees walk through the area, look at us, and keepwalking with no acknowledgement. Drove up to the next window, got a look from a guy who had fries and a drink in his hand thatwalked by looked at us and proceeded to go the dining area, sit down and start eating. We were straight up ignored. This wasthe absolute worst experience at a McDonald's yet.. and there have been a few that preceded this. We will definitely be lettingmanagement know. You don't even deserve the 1-star I am forced to give in order to post this review. Read more
Prices have soared since minimum wage went up, I personally think that the quality has went down especially in customer service,... I'm not sure why though. Not just McDonald's, just about everywhere. Read more
Great, consistency among franchise fast food. A bit crowded at times, but worth the stop.
i just wanted to write a quick review about my experience each Tuesday morning on my way to work when I stop in. Joey is... probably the hardest working guy I have ever seen. He is extremely friendly and outgoing and he even remembers my name each timeI come in the store. I am only in the store for about 5 minutes each time, so for him to be able to make time while checkingpeople out to also ask how I am doing.... makes my morning. He is an outstanding employee and one that every McDonald'sassociate should replicate. He acknowledges every single customer that walks in and never misses a beat. He is a fantasticcontribution to the team at McDonald's and he always helps me start my day out right. Promote this guy to General Manager forhis positive attitude and his work ethic. This location makes the best Iced Mochas! Staff are courteous, food is good, store is clean. A sign of great management. I've... never experienced any problems here. I use the McDonald's App and save lots! My father loves those chocolate shakes! Read more
My son and I pulled in after 11pm to grab a late night snack for him & friends. Brooke (manager) gave the BEST customer service... that unfortunately, is so very rare these days!! I Came into this location to pick up an Uber eats order for a customer and I was greeted by Joey the current crew chief. I... rarely experience this type of wonderful customer service and I wasn't even eating there! Joey has been at this location therefor nearly 7 years and says he wants to make the world a better place one day and one customer at a time!
