Old cold fries. Old cold nuggets. Forgot sauces in a big Mac bundle. Basically a waste of money for the product
Here at this location it seemed like not enough employees were able to service customers. The floors were not as clean as other... locations. I was not happy with the disconnection I felt from this establishment at this location. As a fast food employer suchas this Mega Franchise I know operations should consider making sure there are enough qualified employees on hand to deliver thebest customer service to all in a welcoming way! This location has been here for a while but has undergone extensive renovations. I took four kids to go eat and play. They were... excited and when I saw I could sit in a separate area but still see them I too, became very excited! I ordered our food from thekiosk and either I'm really good at it or they're really good and getting orders perfect. It's been my experience that fast foodplaces don't necessarily take the time to check orders before they hang them out but not here. Everything was fresh and hot. Thekids had a blast playing on the climbing apparatus thing. We had brought the boys here before but they were too young for such acoarse so much so that they climbed to an area and then didn't know what to do so my mother and I ended up getting in theclimbing deal in order to rescue them. I am no spring chicken nor am I any sort of athletic gymnastics pro- add 25 years to meand here's my mother. We all escaped unscathed but decided ultimately to wait a while to return... I can in with my family really late as this was one of the few things opened. We ordered quite a bit of food but they got... everything out incredibly fast and everything was hot and fresh. This is my go to McDonald's when the craving hits and theyalways satisfy. Read more
Fast, consistent, but not so reasonably priced anymore. Shared the extra fries with some homeless people sitting outside.
Play place had super sticky floors. Had to pull forward and wait at the drive through but the main dining room was clean, staff... was friendly. This play place is awesome, it?d be 5 stars if I felt like it was even a touch cleaner. Read more
Every time I go there to get a happy meal they mess up the simple order. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever lived by or... been too. My daughter's cheeseburger is a hamburger with two bottom buns. Read more
Can never get my order right. I don?t know how hard a plain hot and spicy add Mac sauce. You don?t even have to waste any other... ingredients. But EVERYTIME, it?s wrong. I?m tired of driving all the way back for a cheap chicken. Waste of money and time. Read more
