It's hit or miss, depending on what McTime you go. If you're McLucky and order fries when they're McFresh out of the McFryer,... they're McFrickinAmazing. If they aren't fresh, they're McMeh. Read more
Ordered 2 drinks and a fry and it was read back incorrectly. So I stated no, and said the very easy order again. When repeated... back, again, order was incorrect again. So passenger said it across the car to see if she could understand her better. Aftersaying the order for that 3rd time the girl said ?okay there is no need to yell?. Passenger said it across the vehicle so shewas speaking louder so that she could hear it correctly because she clearly couldn?t hear the first 2 times the order was said.Terrible customer service. I'm currently at the window, and I just had to come leave a review and say this is some of the best customer service I've seen... in awhile. Everyone was super friendly and helpful even during a lunch rush! By far one of the best McDonald's! Read more
Don't go here this is worst McDonald's. Every time it's an issue here, if it's not with the food it's with the service and it's... like nobody knows how to do their job go to either the McDonald's off of Greenfield and Southern or the one off of Higley andBrown. They will mess up your order or they act like you're a complete inconvenience to them or they won't even be able to giveyou a gift card they'll tell you it's out as if that makes any sense. Read more
