Whoever owns this McDonald?s needs to FIRE THE MANAGER! There really is NO reason that the night/closing crew cannot stock the... self service area with napkins and straws and such BEFORE going home so that their skeletal Opening Crew can do best to focus ontaking and filling orders. Instead of being heckled for napkins and straws! This McDonalds has nose dived since 2019, pick adifferent one, no smiles, no willingness to help, employees stressed prob because Management is AWFUL! Absolutely horrible. Fast food, not so much. Worst run business I have ever seen. Waited 20 minutes for my food at 6:30 pm... when they should be cooking for the rush. Will never come here again. Read more
Lazy staff at night who don?t give a rat?s rear.. never order delivery. Constantly substitute things you didn?t order ie... ordered an apple pie, sent me 4 chocolate chip cookies Where I?m deathly allergic to chocolate. Really hate the night shiftpeople. Served not only fresh, but hot & in a timely manner. Respectful customer service, which unfortunately is hard to come by... nowadays. Better than most McDonald's locations within a 5 mile radius. Read more
Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. Chicken was raw. I thought maybe they were precooked but called and confirmed that it's not.... Fries were very burnt. Got home before I realized how bad everything was. Management/owner has been unresponsive. Read more

Beware! Whenever McDonalds runs a special like buy one get one for a dollar , THIS McDonald?s changes pricing so that you are... paying full price for both of the items and most of the time the person at the register states that the $1.00 item is notprogrammed into the register so they try to charge you full price for both.
