Arrived at 0700 this morning, greeted the cashier with good morning as she said nothing to me. I explained that I was picking up... a mobile order and be gave her the rest of the details she needed to complete the order. The order came out relatively quickly,and I was just repeating the name to her to confirm verbally on camera. I try to do this for the safety of not only myself andmy team, but also to protect the merchant who is providing us with work. That way in case there is any other concerns likeallergies that should have been addressed I can verbally and visually get photo and audio evidence to protect my clients. Sheextremely rudely rattled back the last name to me and just kind of looked at me with disgust. I apologize I'm a disabled UnitedStates citizen, I don't walk very well, I may or may not have stepped out of my shoes one or two times inside that store. Thatis all irrelevant. McDonald's corporate if you read this I want you to go ahead and get a on counter from patron side view ofme Sunday September 25th 2022@0700. You will see exactly what I'm talking about. Food wise it's mcdonald's, the client washappy so as long as I didn't have to come back and dispute anything I'm assuming the food was good. Definitely don't expect toget treated like royalty in this place ???? to the young lady that's called and scarfed at me this morning if you ever read thisknow that you attract more bees with honey than you do battery acid. Really really poor drive-thru service, no eye contact at the window, not even a hello... Then there was the food, had to... exchange the french fries three times. The first time they had to be sitting our all day bc they were so incredibly stale andcold. The next batch came out, they were hot and fresh but I had to give those back so they could put salt on them. ApparentlyMcDonald's no longer sells their French fries. When I got home, both quarter pounders were wrong. They were ordered with nocheese and extra pickle. They had no cheese but each of them had one pickle. Will not be going back... Read more
Have you guys thought about maybe hiring more staff? Line wrapped around the building with a busy lobby and workers busy with... putting together to go orders for food delivery, working lobby register, and doing drive through. Workers are obviouslystressed. Overworked and underpaid. Maybe you should pay better and HIRE MORE STAFF. These poor employees getting yelled at andworking hard and fast for this. Ordered on the App for a curbside pickup and went to pick it up and waited for about 15 minutes to get my order so honestly... ordering ahead was no good!! Another time also used the drive through and ordered 5 items and after leaving the store I wassurprised that the lady only gave me 2 items only!! And to be completely honest wasn't bothered to go back again and let herknow that I had missing items!! But was shocked she missed more than half the order!! I understand that they might beunderstaffed but doesn't mean to ruin customer orders !! Read more
You place an order on the app and they are out of stock of some items and are short for words when you ask about a refund. ... Eventually, they refunded, but it was probably wrong since they just winged it with how much tax they assumed wasassociated. Then... they mess up your order. You wait for them to fix it, your meal is cold, they come back with a replacementthat is correctly what you verified when ordering, how you wanted it made. After picking apart and verifying that the sandwichyou got is wrong, they want it back, even with COVID. They argue with you about what you asked for at the drive-thru eventhough you clarified several times...they keep blaming the other window or you by saying you never asked for that. Nastyargumentative attitudes. I have gotten better service in the McDonald's in the Bronx, when it comes to customer service. Oh...and if they forget something, they also ignore you hoping you'll go away at the window. It was a straw that I had to waitaround on, though they could see me and they were avoiding eye contact. This is the night crew btw, I can't recall issues withthe morning crew. I'd recommend the owner of this store, re-evaluate your evening employees, including the management. Read more
We've all seen the movie based on McDonald's called "The Founder" With all this technology and "a better education system"... you'd think they get it out ON TIME, CORRECT, and POLITE. What happened? EVERY MCDONALD'S I KNOW except the one on Val Vistaand Williams filed by the 202 on ramp in Gilbert is the only place I've been who will go above and beyond. Like seriously, I'veworked at this place as a kid and STILL TO THIS DAY AM TRAINING THE CASHIERS WHILE IM JUST TRYING TO ORDER. I WAS AMANAGER. what happened to you guys? All you care about is money. I ordered fries a small and two cookies the first cookie was warm and the second was a little cold didn?t bother me but I had... asked for fries to be fresh because I?m pregnant and cold food upsets my stomach and I throw up eventually. Got to the restaurant at 8:45pm on a Sunday night and the doors were locked. Sign says they are open until 11:00pm. Manager came... out and said they closed the lobby because they were short staffed. We either had to go through the drive through or order curbside and they would bring it out. We can see employees standing around on their phones. That makes no sense! Do betterMcDonalds, we just wanted to reward our gymnasts for an amazing meet with an ice cream treat!! Read more
