Went into this location tonight to just get a soda. Yes I know something simple right? Well I don't always carry my debit card... with me but had cash. Then I saw a sign that they put at the register that they are ill staffed and will only take your orderfrom a kiosk. Glad I didn't waste my money here from seeing the bad reviews. Read more
The food took a little long to come out but the manager was on top of everything. Iv worked in customer service for 20 years and... he was one of the best managers iv ever seen. When they were slow he got his team back on track. He even had who ever was incharge of the kitchen come out and apologize for taking so long. McDonald?s has completely lost my family?s business after tonight?s Grubhub order. Everyone orders happy meals for the toys. No... toys. My kids were heartbroken of course.
