I hate doing these reviews, but this place was a total mess. From us bowling for about two hours, and no server to stop by. We... asked for a server two times and nobody came by. The two stars are for the bowling part, which we had fun, but the gamesdon’t work and the manager had to apologize and give us a refund because of how many games were not working. Not sure if itwas because it’s Monday or What not, but I’m not going back again unfortunately. This place looked like a place to have agreat time and that was not my experience. Read more

This place is a lot of fun, not just for kids but for adults too. They have arcades, game rooms, laser tag, bowling, billiards... and much more. The food is great and not too pricey, the large pizza seems like it's actually a medium but overall really good.The service was above and beyond, we didn't have any issues and they're very attentive. We spent hours here; it was so much fun! Monday is a great time to go because the arcade play is unlimited for a fixed price.... You can buy one card, and let your kids share it. The gravity ropes and the laser tag were big hits too. It wasn't busy and wenever had to wait for any games. If we lived here, we'd come regularly! Read more
I want to share my recent experience at Gilbert Main Event as it is a testimony to customer service, second chances, and making... it right. We came in 2 years ago had a not so pleasant experience for a birthday party with over 20 guests. I won't go intodetails because it is besides the point. I spoke with Amy one of their staff and was asked to give them a second chance. I havewaited on this review until we decided to take her up on the offer. We tried again, same birthday girl, same guests, completelydifferent experience. First off our attendant, and I am sorry I forget her name, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive toall our guests, she helped get us set up, and made sure the kids had a blast. Aittle tip if you are going to do a party try andget your guests shoe sizes before hand if you are going to bowl, It really helps with timing. We did Lazer tag and gravityropes, and still had plenty of time for video games. This was the exact experience I was looking for. I want to thank Amy forinviting us back for a redo and keeping her promise that she will do everything she can to make sure we had a great experience.I leave this here for all the customers who always leave an immediate negative review... people can make mistakes, people canhave bad days, people can also totally redeem themselves if given a second chance. I don’t know about you but I think this needs to be a dance floor. What’s the point of having two restaurants and... especially if it closes early!?! Maybe this area can be a dance area when restaurant is closed. Read more
