Horrendous service! POS System a joke! I came into the restaurant to order a breakfast sandwich and nothing else. After 22... minutes of waiting I went up and attempted to ask for the status of my order. I was told by the lady at the counter that I?dhave to wait until she finished serving everybody that was in line before she?d check on my order. I waited around another fiveminutes at the counter And finally somebody walked up to me and asked what?s your name. At that point he went and checked on myorder and came back and said that they forgotten my order and that they would need to get some sausage out in order to completemy order so I waited another 12 minutes. So after horrible experience no apologies and what?s even more interesting to me is thefact that the point-of-sale system in this restaurant only give you three options 15, 20 or 25% tip. How can I provide a tipbefore the service is provided and why would I tip for an order I am getting to go and in this case an order I never would havereceived if I hadn?t waited forever and finally escalated. Today was our first time there. We bought a loaf of their cinnamon bread, and I think my husband and I could have eaten it all... at one sitting...it was absolutely delicious! The cafe is very clean and inviting, and the crew were VERY friendly. We'll beback to try their soup! Read more
Don?t order for online pick up- takes longer than the drive- thru. Food didn?t get made till I got to the restaurant and still... had to wait 15 minutes for one sandwhich and a bowl of soup. Young girl working there could care less and was so rude. She toldme ?ya, I guess, don?t order online.? Do better Kneaders. Read more

First time to pay them a visit, they had an offer when you buy 5 you get 1 free dessert which was great honestly!! As soon as... you enter the store you can smell the fresh bakery ???? so fresh and yummy!! Had so many options to pick from, staff members wasvery friendly too and very efficient and quick. Worst experience I?ve had in a long time. $7 for a sandwich smaller than what I can get at McDonald?s, there?s almost no egg and... they forgot the cheese. Then I payed $6 for a tiny smoothie that taste like a gas station slushy. I do not recommend this placeunless you like paying overpriced for low quality food. Read more
