I feel like the quality of kneaders had declined a bit and I'll be honest, being told I can't swap out my side of bread for... fruit or another gluten free option due to an allergy, is slightly puzzling. Absolutely awful. The French toast used to be hot and fluffy with a lot of cinnamon swirl. This time, it was room temp, hard... and mostly bread. The syrup was room temp also and so thickened that it wouldn't pour out of the container. I'm full ofregrets, those regrets being their french toast. This was dine-in on a Saturday. Read more
I had initially given this place 5 stars but the service quality has declined very quickly at this location. There has been a... change in personnel and that has an intense impact on everything else that comes next. The Kneaders experience is no longer thesame, although the intention from higher positions is still the same, the reality is different in the restaurant. The "manager"is notably performing a task because it's her "job" to do but not with a positive reason nor attitude, I do not know what allgoes on in her life but I sure hope all is well for her. The employees are new, at least they perform as such and they reallyneed to function better and not just for a paycheck. I doubt I will be returning to Kneaders, at least this location. I havenoticed a decline period, but most noticeable at this particular one. Read more

They have a choice of delicious bake goods, sandwiches and salad. I ordered a croissant and wanted coffee but they didn't have... decaf, don't keep any because no one ask for it. Buy a good instant decaf coffee. Someone else may want a cup. Read more

Kneaders was a place my family would go to for lunch about once a week for at least a 3-4 years. Their pastries and sweet treats... especially the fruit tart, caramel apples, and sugarcookies are beyond delicious!! However over the years the quality andskimping on ingredients started. I posted some pics of the sandwiches to show how the quality had changed. The bathrooms werenever cleaned when we would stop by for lunch several weeks in a row. My guess was maybe new management or just a lot of newemployees. I hope they can return to their old ways because it is a really great place to grab lunch at. They have some greatsoups, smoothies and sandwiches. Staff were sweet, polite and they cleaned off their tables very quickly! I?m still gonna giveit a 4 stars because it was really great for a couple years and hope they can turn it around?!?! Read more
This place is such a treat. Good sandwiches, salads and soups. The bread is so soft and fresh. The carrot cake is really good... and so are the brown butter chocolate chip cookies. The soda machine has the good crushed ice and Coke! They make adorable giftbaskets (made by the sweetest woman named Karen) and have a great selection of home decor items. Perfect teacher gifts!
