When I arrived, it was fairly empty. 1 car at drive thru and +5 cars on parking lot. So I assumed that it wasn?t going to be... that busy. Customer service seemed okay. Order Bowl meal and Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal. When at drive thru cashier, they gaveus our order and drinks (I was a passenger) and they just quickly shut the window. I did took notice but we went along. So ourorder was incomplete. Missing fries and bad bowl. No napkins, nor silverware. Didn?t ask us for condiments. Was gonna give onestar but the one lady who attend us was polite and gave good customer service. The rest who prepared and shut the window?. Notso much. Read more
The app wouldn't work so ordered online which was a not great. Got good checked it and missing half my order. Told the girl and... without ever saying a word to me struggle to fix it. Got home and was still missing a side. Won't return to this locationanytime soon! Read more
Absolutely terrible. I placed an order for doordash, and my whole order was wrong, except for the chicken sandwich which was... ridiculously soggy and disgustingly greasy. I ordered two sides of fries, both were missing, and I received a sprite instead ofpink lemonade, which I paid extra for. Definitely do not eat here, I could only get a 5$ Refund which only covered the tip. Read more
The amount of disappointment this place delivers with not just me, but my family members that all go separately on their own... time, is just ridiculous. I have a plethora of stories, but I'll just summarize with this: the worst. The worst fast food jointever. Out of everything, staff doesn't care, staff will purposefully ignore you until you ask for some assistance. Like, makeeye contact and dodge you. They are extraordinarily bad that it's not even frustrating anymore, it's just sad. What's evenworse? I'm sure no one, say upper management, will even care. "It's just a chicken place" sure, but sadly, a chicken place withno customer service. I placed an order on the App for 2 Jack Harlow meals and the chicken was not fresh at all. It was hard, flat and reheated. And... you could tell it was reheated a while ago because it was hard!! So disgusting ! The fries were so salty couldn?t eat them!Service was horrible when I picked up my order. The app said it was ready, went in and it was not. I heard one of the guys tellanother one to make the order and then he stated he forgot and thought someone else had handled it. Waited like 10mins for myfood with cold chicken. Unbelievable!!! Ordered a 14 piece, asked for 10 legs, four thighs. Got 10 thighs and 4 legs. So the people who only like legs didn't get what... was ordered. Didn't see til I was already home, and after waiting in the drive through for almost 20 minutes (there were only 2other cars, and no one in line behind me) last thing I wanted to do on a holiday is drive back and wait again. Clean, efficient and all around nice location. Friendly staff that is willing to chat with you, if it is not too busy, to make... the wait go faster while on a drive-through line. Plenty enough space even for a bigger truck. A nice neighborhood. Read more
AVOID AVOID AVOID Spent $78 ho to pickup my food, mind you I've given them 35 minutes to have the order ready. Once arrival at... the store guess what they only made one pot pie my whole order there minus the ordered pot pie. So after 45 minutes since OrtingI finally got my other pot pie. After I had to ask them to make it , the where gonna let me leave without it and then waiteduntil I was at the restaurant to make the other pot pie. Meanwhile, the black gentleman in dancing in front of the ovens andfryers. And to add insult the manager goes that's why we tell you thirty minutes for orders, cute except it had been nearly 50minutes so that last attempt at some sort of apology was wasted breath full of lies.
