Delivery is awful at this store, my office is less then a mile away and I've ordered twice from this location now. My food... arrives over 25 minutes late and the last time it took 45 minutes. really disappointed with their so called "freaky fastdelivery". Read more

My girlfriend and I placed an online order around 5:30pm to this location. Went through as if the store was open. The time for... pick up was set to ASAP. As soon as we got there. We found out the store was closed for the night. No idea why the store wasclosed at 3pm on a Tuesday but it was. Took almost 30 minutes to send a email voiding the original order. Had to find adifferent shop open past 6pm. Read more

Would not recommend. Very unfriendly staff. Girl at the counter was playing with her nose ring. Arguing me that I didn't put my... n the correct phone number for my account. Was the system instead. Very unprofessional. Lady behind us had problems too. Needtraining on how to treat customers and get some employees that really care about their job. Read more

What is going on here? This is the only JJ that can deliver but they don?t. Only open from 10-3 Monday - Friday. Delivery only... on Tuesday and Thursday. What?? You trying to close down? First, I have never had an issue with the food here and usually have great service, but today was one for the record... books. After an hour of waiting for my delivery, I called the store concerned as this as never taken so long before. Themanager Zach had a very harsh & rude tone. He explained that there were only 2 drivers and lots of deliveries and I was 5th onthe list & I will get it when I get it. When I explained I was on a time crunch, is there a way to get an estimate, he saidagain, no you can wait or cancel. The issue here is that he was so rude, harsh, his tone was rude & making myself, as acustomer, feel bad for just checking on my food that I paid for. He told me his boss was in the store and couldn't talk but hewould have him call me. When I asked if he wanted my number, he said very rudely "No I have it" and then hung up loudly in myear. I get that things can become busy and overwhelming, but that is no excuse for taking your frustrations out on yourcustomers. I do hope that I hear from Mark as this interaction with Zach has my blood boiling. Update: I never heard fromZach's boss Mark and when I tried calling again, I was hung up on. Read more

DONT order delivery & expect it fast! I'm literally a hairstylist in the SAME complex haha. I've reccomended my clients getting... a jimmy John's during there process times and on THREE separate occasions its taken longer than 45 minutes to WALK next door anddeliver a sandwich. They've lost the order. They have sent a driver to the wrong address. I've even walked in to get my sandwichan hour later and their "driver" is out for a delivery..you DONT need a driver LOL. I'm right next door! My clients will behearing how dissatisfied I am with the manager too! No refunds for ridiculous wait times. Read more
