Honestly this hasn't been the first time that this has happened. The reason for the 1 star and honestly I'd give 0 if I could is... due to the fact that even with the fast food chain being 24/7 there has been multiple account of them being "closed" even thoughthe hours online reflect differently. It's honestly the most disappointing thing when you're so excited to go get food just toget there and them tell you it's closed. The lack of care at this establishment is belittling. Never try to go here after 11pm,or they will tell you the "system is down" just because they don't want to do anything and just get paid even more than atypical employee at that because it's graveyard shift. I've noticed this has happened many times at this establishment, and haseven been reviewed about already in the past. You may or may not be disappointed with it being "closed" when said otherwiseonline. What's the point of stating the hours online if it's not the right ones. This is the most ridiculous jack in the boxI've ever been to, not to mention cold food and just terrible service in general. Don't come here unless you're wanting to losemoney, go to a casino instead. Read more

So disgusting! The food had to have been sitting out and they simply reheated it in a microwave for too long or something it was... rock hard and completely inedible!!!! I spent 34$ there for food I literally couldn't eat! Ridiculous! Pull it together jack inthe box! Read more

Favourite burger place in town. I love the veg burger and this is only place which replaces meat with hash brown. I love the... curly Fries too. Definitely worth it. Prices are good. Read more

Pulled up at 12:30am to get a couple milkshakes and was told sorry their system was offline come back in 10 minutes. Waited 20... came back and was told the exact same thing. Obviously the employees did not want the business. We won't be back Read more

Ordered over $30 of food. Didn't get everything I ordered. Instead of 2 chicken sandwiches that I paid over $5 for they gave me... 2 tacos that cost a dollar. They don't answer the phone when you call so I just get to lose out on food and money. Read more

Went through the drive thru and the cashier was friendly but upon eating my curly fries I noticed they wernt all cooked thru.... Some were ok so I salvaged a bit. Couldn't go bk as I was on my way to work. Read more

the drive through employee yelled at me because i had to go through the drive through TWICE because he gave me the wrong food.... he insisted he was right, shoved his ungloved hands into my bag and shuffle around. i get you hate your job but dont take it outon me. i paid for my food and i just want my correct order.. i feel like thats not out of the question. tried to call a manager3 times and no one answered.
