I went through the drive thru to order 12 tacos 3 egg rolls and a jumbo jack cheeseburger. I know it?s a lot of food but I even... tried to call before I came and of course they did not answer. But at first he joked about charging me extra then I went throughand they only gave me half the tacos. So after going back around I looked at everything and my burger was literally wet fromspit I?d imagine. There wasn?t any sauce on the burger either so it wouldn?t be wet. I was just trying to get dinner for mysister and I and now we are throwing everything away. This place is absolutely disgusting and this whole locations night shiftshould be restaffed. Seriously the worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to.. They always leave you waiting 15 to 20 minutes for your food which is... fine in the middle of the night But my problems are, the strawberry shake is never mixed it's always just a vanilla plain shakewith half @$$ strawberry swirl.. They conveniently never have the munchy meal boxes so you get the smallest amount of Frenchfries less than a kid's meal gets And when you ask for no ice they fill your cup to the freaking top with ice..btw don't expecta recipt or napkins because even when you ask for both you'll be ignored..not normally one to complain but this is a regularissue and with a meal+ shake costing $15+ it's absolutely unacceptable..doesn't matter if I wait 20 mins for fresh food, butstop rushing everything else and only doing it ½ way! update: 8.5 fries and 1 curly fry was my munchie meal worth of Frenchfries ???? pathetic! I only go to this Jack in the Box and no other location. I stop here every Wednesday around 5:30 and every single time it's... perfect. I get 6 tacos, they are the BEST Jack tacos I've ever had every single time. They don't miss. Crunchy, saucy, and oh sodelicious. I'm not kidding when I tell everyone this is the best Jack in the Box in the valley. Jack also has a grape spritethat slaps babies its so good. Read more

They used to do a good job here but lately the service is dropping off. Just recently I asked for extra cheese on my burger and... got home to find no cheese at all. Not only that, they failed to toss our ranches in for our salads. I mean, we only ordered 4things... With all the new burger joints in the area I will be looking for new options. Read more
I give this one 3 stars because the food is well made here. I want to give it a 1star for the manager that was working this last... Friday. A young gentleman took my order, was polite and personable. While I waited at the window, I heard this older femalemanager verbally berate him several times using a very harsh voice. She had him confused about what he was doing by givingmultiple commands to him at once and then got agitated with him when he seemed not to know what to do next. I felt sorry for theguy he had to work under her. He must need the job. If it had been me, I would have quit. When she brushed him aside and handedour food out the window, I told her she needed to be nicer. You don't talk to people that way. She apologized to me, and I saidnot to apologize to me, she should apologize to that kid. She said she just did, I said , no you didn't, I've been herelistening the whole time. Some people are not cut out to work with others. She is one of them. In my opinion, you need a newmanager. Read more
I would give this location 0 stars if possible, two times they have messed up my order, this second time they messed up and when... I told them they fixed the order but they gave me old raw chicken, I had to throw the sandwich to the trash gross ???? Read more
I?ve been meaning to make this post for awhile. I?ve been eating at Jacks for over 20 years and this location consistently gets... it wrong. Burgers are dry, like they?ve been sitting in a warmer for hours. Staff looks like they would rather be ANYWHERE ELSE. They regularly forget items, like the tacos from the order I just picked up. Jalapeño poppers looked like they were leftin the fryer too long. It?s just disappointing to see what this chain has turned into.
