Horribly rude and inconvenienced every time at drive thru. Think his name is Marco. If he hates his job so much he needs to quit... por get fired. He scoffs and treats you like garbage. No eye contact no greeting or anything when you're interacting with him. Iasked for a drink carrier and you would think I asked him to do something completely impossible. Last couple times I have been there, they have forgotten or messed up my order. Last time they forgot my cheese cake and I... couldn't walk in because the dinning area was locked at 8pm. Today I ordered a ultimate breakfast sandwich and just got a basicbreakfast jack. The staff here needs SERIOUS customer service training. Came here to pick up a UberEATS order, it was a worker outside near... drive thru cleaning the windows who acted like they couldn't see me when I was at the door waiting to get in. Mind you the lobbytime is 8am, which it was PAST. I go to the drive thru, it's no cars behind me and I asked the worker in the window can she openthe lobby because I had to use the restroom. She said "8am.it open." I told her it's past 8, she said she's busy yet it'sliterally NOBODY behind me. Yeahhhhh. These workers need special training. Read more
More often than not this place is good, every now and then we get food that must have been prepared before we showed because... it's lukewarm and the drive thru cashier is in such a hurry they get the order wrong. But, when they are on point the food isreally good and would deserve 5 stars of it wasn't for the when their bad they are definitely bad. Read more
No complains. Our experience has been good in this location. No rudeness, always friendly and accommodating. Everytime we go as... dine in or through drive thru has been good. We always check our orders before we leave and make sure they dont forget anythingand they never miss so far. We like that they also accept two different coupons per order, some food chain are very picky andonly allow one. As for food, I love their tiny tacos. Read more
