This was the worst experience I have probably ever had at any ihop. We got there and got sat but we asked for a high chair and... never got one. Our waitress was new so I get it sometimes it takes time to take orders when your new but she told me to slowdown as I was ordering. After she took our orders, it took way too long to even get our food. Once we got our food my daughtersfood never showed up and when I asked about it she said it was done but she was waiting on my French toast to be done. My childwas getting impatient so I told her to just bring out the Mac n cheese and I will continue to wait for my French toast. We hadto ask for our drink refills. My mom made a to go order that took an extra 30 min to come out. Keep in mind it was only ourtable and a couple of others. It wasn?t busy at all. Then when we were brought our checks they were wrong so we waiting anotherten minutes for our checks. Our entire visit was basically spent waiting and waiting for the food and for our service. The Swedish crepes were pretty good. I was leary because it is an IHOP but the Swedish crepes I was served were along the lines... of crepes I have had at fine dining brunch locations that specialize in crepes. The missing star is for the mozzarella sticks;they are cooked in the same grease as the other fried foods; the sticks tasted like a mix of onion rings and fried chickeninstead of a delicate taste of mozzarella. Basically stay away from the fried food and keep with the amazing breakfast foodsthat IHOP built their reputation on. Read more
Jasmi m e was the only waitress doing her best to service ALL the customers' needs-- we counted she had over nine tables. ... However, the cook was not as successful. Food was disappointing. Mac n cheese was watery and potatoes had the same waterytexture. If not for the bits of potato peel, you'd think they were instant. The chicken was dry, old, yet raw in parts. TheCali had sparse ingredients on only half of each side of toasted bread. Reality was definitely NOT as pictured on menu. Wewould have complained to management, but there was no one around. Jasmine was also the cashier and we didn't have the heat toexpress our grievances as she was hustling on overtime to meet the service needs of her many customers. Read more
Oh my goodness. I?ve been coming here for over 10 years because this ihop was the best. But after today, I will NEVER be coming... back. The service and food quality has immensely gone down. We waited 10 minutes before someone came to our table to get ourdrink & food order. The food arrived before our drinks. We waited around for coffee refills. The waffle I ordered was broken andfalling apart. My iced coffee was only 2/3?s full. The bacon was undercooked, even though I asked for extra crispy. My eggs werecooked over easy after I asked for over medium. The attention to detail was horrible as if they don?t care. Read more
A fantastic IHOP! Great customer service, affordable prices, and delicious food. Be sure to dine during happy hour for... discounted prices. I enjoyed mozzerella sticks with marinana sauce for just $3 and a BLT with fries for $5. The BLT wasperfection, crisp buttery toast, bacon, tomato, and mayo. (I always skip on the lettuce since I don't like it.) For less than$10, I had an exceptional dinner. A very clean restaurant as well that is open 24/7. Highest recommendation. Read more
Covid-19 has taken its toll on this place. After about a 20-minute wait we finally were seated. It took another 20 minutes for... the waitress to come by only after the hostess ask if we had been helped yet. They are definitely short-staffed. The tables wereall a mess so they were only seating about a fourth of their capacity. The food was good and our waitress was very friendly butthe place was a mess and understaffed. Read more
Friendly staff, easy in-and-out meal. All the condiments were offered by request for customer's safety and my server was kind,... confident, and quick. I came before the rush but I doubt it'd have made a difference on the level of service. I even got to dollup my own waffle. The only complaint I have is for corporate; give us back the biscuits and gravy! Read more
I went here after getting released from the hospital. Wanting to just go home, I ordered take out. They were very efficient. The... meal was perfect, and they had me on the road in less than 15 minutes. Oh, this was at 5:30 in the morning. Kinda a rush hourfor them. Thanks guys. We were impressed. Read more
