Made it to Humble Bistro for dinner on a Sunday evening. It was not super busy so we got right in and had a seat on the patio. I... loved the interior design of the restaurant and the large bar area with wooden top! Our server, Caitlin, was extremely sweet andprofessional. Tried a few of the cocktails which were good. The cocktails mostly seem to play off of wine, which makes sense asthey have a good wine list selection. The food was excellent. For appetizers we tried the Camarones (shrimp in a tomato likesauce with forno bread) and the shaved brussel sprouts. The shrimp was very good and cooked perfectly. The shaved brusselsprouts were amazing, crispy, and not filling. They were over top a thin layer of hummus which paired perfectly with it. Fordinner we decided to sample three things: the gentleman pizza, the lil figgy Etta (similar to a pizza), and the cremini sachettipasta. All three are absolutely amazing and so flavorful. The gentleman has a light sweetness to it but also a light spice. Thelil figgy is sweet but so good. The cremini sachetti was tender and has a strong mushroom flavor, due to the sauce and creminimushrooms in the dish which I loved! For dessert I had the ice cream with churros and it was ok, it had a spicy honey saucethat I didn?t think paired well with it. We also tried the crème brûlée which was also ok, just wasn?t set enough. HumbleBistro was excellent and the service was great. Humble Bistro is a surprisingly great Italian/Euro cafe that has exceptional food, tucked away behind the moniker of a wine bar... and bistro. I made my first visit to Humble Bistro looking for a place to have lunch, and stumbled in unaware of what it was.The outside signage and decor fashions the place as a wine bar, and it is. But it is much more. The restaurant is a nice 3section cafe for lunch or dinner, with a beautiful patio, spacious wine bar and a well-appointed and intimate dining area. I wasgreeted quickly and warmly by the staff and seated immediately. This was around noon and there was only a couple of tablesopen, so it was nice to get in. The ambience is perfect if you want something calmer. The music wasn't pounding, but pleasant. The lighting was gentle and the atmosphere was calming. Having walked over from my office, I was looking for lunch, and theyhad some excellent options. I browsed the menu and listened to the recommendations of the waitress. I quickly realized this wasa great bistro lunch menu, with Neopolitan pizza selections, zesty new American versions of Italian offerings of pasta and freshhot sandwiches. I ordered the Maximus pizza, which was a portion large enough for anyone's lunch. Excellent flavor, fresh andhot. The dough, crust and ingredients all were perfect. My son ordered the Cajun Chicken Club. It was crusted perfectly, theingredients were tasty with a perfect zip of spice. Prices ranged from 15 to 17 for most items, with a few in the low 20s forspecialty dishes. Very reasonable for such a nice place with such good food. The staff was kind and helpful, even adjusting tomy son and I arriving at different times and serving us accordingly. I will definitely return. Excellent food, perfect setting,warm people. Read more
This was our 2nd time visiting & remembered to get photos instead of inhaling the food first! LOL We?d been to this location's... other incarnations so immediately was shocked at the complete change of look & feel of the interior!! This place is beautiful! Amodern, hip & classy wine bar feel. This visit was a date night with friends who had never been here. We started with theCauliflower Tahina which we had last time & loved and it was just as good this time around. Only critique is they should let thecauliflower cook a bit longer to get a little softer and have more char/caramelization. The guys each got the Cremini Sachettiwhich I had my first time. It?s simply FANTASTIC!! One of the guys doesn?t even like mushrooms yet trusted my recommendation andgot it anyway. Needless to say his bowl was cleaned and he couldn?t believe how much he loved it!! This dish is superb and aclear winner of the menu?.if you like rich delicious truffle flavor, you?ll crave this one! My husband said I?m never allowed tocome here without him as he needs this dish as often as possible. For our waistlines, we?ll have to keep it to once a monthLOL I wanted to try new things so we gals shared the This Little Figgy flatbread (their take on brushetta) & The Gentlemanpizza. Both were great but the Little Figgy was simply AMAZING!! The flavors of sweet, salt & spice were perfectly balanced andthe texture of this dough is out of this world! The guys tried it and loved it as well. The Gentleman pizza was good but paledin comparison to the Little Figgy. If had ordered it by itself it probably would have been liked more ???? The flavors were allgood but we didn?t really taste the sweet of the spicy honey. Maybe it was hard to pick out after tasting the vibrant flavors ofthe fig ??????????? but we all still enjoyed it. I personally had the maximus pizza. It was basic, nothing exciting about it. Don't think the pizzas are worth it. My friends had... other food and they said it was good. To be honest I think this place is more about the ambiance than the food. Great place fora drink but not food, at least for the price. I think our waitress was new, service was okay and didn't check on us enough,otherwise we would have spent more money on drinks. Again, not worth for food but great for drinks. Read more

This is an awesome treat for those of us that live close. The restaurant is very well laid out and the ambience is modern,... slightly formal. The food was absolutely incredible. Intense flavors with unique dishes that you won?t find in a lot ofrestaurants. As awesome as everything was, the service was very slow, but it?s just getting rolling as a new restaurant so I?msure they are just working through the kinks. Read more
Today was my first visit and it won?t be my last. The decor is very tasteful with an upscale feel. I have never seen decorative... shelving on a bathroom stall wall hahaha! The food is creative, unique and delicious. We had the Humble Brussels which were ourfavorite. We also had the Humble wings which were perfectly crispy. The sauces on the side were great for dipping.
