After a confused order from our Publix deli and the instacart driver. Our Publix deli said they never received our order. Not... wanting to wait the 2 plus hours we needed to make a quick decision on who / where to place our sub order. Othough a little bitpricey we went with Firehouse. Horrendous service, rude employees, and slow!! You could train monkeys to do their job better! Don't waste your time.

Got my free medium sandwich foe my birthday but got no bread. Got the engineer.

There was 3+ employees and only 3 customers in the store but it took them 20 minutes to make one sandwich

Got my club sandwich cold. Bread was unfortunately stale...Guess it's hard to tell when they toast typically..Food was good, but... they take forever and typically aren't very busy when we come in. For what you charge, we are going to expect better or will notbe returning.. Read more

I had ordered two sandwiches through the mobile app which took forever because it kept crashing. Finally paid and was told to... pick it up at 6:15. My husband went in to pick it up. It took about 5 minutes for someone to get to the register to speak withhim. He told them that we had a mobile order and they told him they were almost done with it. Ten minutes later they gave himthe sandwiches. We get home to enjoy our sandwiches and I notice that one of the sandwiches was completely wrong. I had ordereda brisket sandwich on white bread and got an engineer on wheat. So I took it back with the receipt. I explained the situation tothe young guy at the register. He just stood there with his mouth open staring at me. A girl ran up next to him and apologizedand said she would make me the correct sandwich. She was very friendly and made the sandwich very fast. Once I finally got toenjoy my sandwich it was definitely the best sub I have gotten from Firehouse. It is just unfortunate that it was such a hassleto get it. Read more

Best subs.....great service. Forget the others, once you have a Firehouse Sub....you will never have any other! This was my... second visit in a month and I was just impressed as the first time I tried them. Great meat, selection of breads andcondiments. You want quality, selection and a fresh sub, you need to go to Firehouse. Read more

I haven?t been to firehouse much but I LOVE the atmosphere. I came in an hour before they closed and ordered the Smokehouse Beef... and Cheddar Brisket. I received it and ate it in my car but when I opened it there was no pickles and half of the meat was cold.I liked it besides that but it almost made me not want to come back.
