1st time at this location. Went in for the bean burrito special on Wednesday. Asked if it came with cheese. Was told it was ?an... extra charge?. My fault for not asking how much, i assumed maybe $0.50. It was $1.69. For a sprinkle of cheese??? So much forthe special ended up doubling the cost which is absurd. Read more
Clean restaurant with friendly employees. The food however lacked flavor. Not all Filiberto's are the same. I got my usual 3... rolled tacos expecting it to be awesome as usual from a Filiberto's. Boy was I ever disappointed. It was like eating soggycardboard with guacamolr and cheese. I'm not exaggerating when I say there was no flavor. The Val Vista and Williamsfield Roadlocation has better tasting and better quality food. Initially was excited about this location being opened but their customer service has been awful. One of the shadiest... Filiberto?s in Arizona. Pretty sure this place will close soon. Every time I?ve come they take forever when there are literallyno customers and still get the order wrong? I also feel like one of the workers at the window took a picture of my card one timewhich did not sit right with me if he did or not you shouldn?t be playing on your phone regardless while taking an order. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced at any restaurant. The... girl working the counter literally called me a bi&ch when I approached her about not receiving the combo when I specificallyasked for the combo and also asked if a drink came with it. Other locations have always come with a drink, so that?s why Iquestioned her. I told her she is rude and I was going to leave a bad review for them. She said to go ahead and give a badreview because she wasn?t scared. Absolutely unbelievable! I?m sure they spit in my food because they were speaking to eachother in Spanish and the cook took our food to a different part of the restaurant. Save yourself and do NOT go to thislocation! I try to be positive and support local businesses, but this location needs serious help! I have been coming here since they... opened. Here are the issues; - Food is cold ????!! Tonight I ordered two burritos ???? and BOTH of them were cold! - Nickeland Dime you for everything. I Ordered onions and cilantro on one burrito, I was CHARGED for both ingredients, but here?s thekicker, THEY DIDN?T PUT THEM IN MY BURRITO!!!! - Inconsistency!!! They advertise 24 hour drive through. There are evening at8:45, 9, 10pm when I tried to order food and they are closed! - Other times they didn?t get my drive thru order right and/orthey didn?t put my food in the bag!! - Bait and switch pricing. When you order from the drive through they post one price,then you go pay for the food and the price is significantly more. I brought this up to the employee and she said, I?m not theowner. If you don?t like it I will cancel your order. With so many other Mexican restaurants near by this is NOT how you treatcustomers. - This location is a franchisee of Filberto?s. The owner is cheap according to the employees. This is what theemployees said! Employees have no respect for their employer, that says a lot. Overall, drive the extra 4 miles to a corporateowned Filberto?s. I just have experienced way too many problems with quality of food at this location. I have CALLED thenumber posted and literally left 6 messages. They really don?t care about customers, they may ?respond? to a review only tosave face.
