It's a coffee shop. I went when it was not busy and that was ok except the guy working there was talking forever with the guy... ahead of me and would not stop for like 5 minutes. That was kind of annoying, I understand small conversations but it seemedpointless in a drive thru. The coffee I got was pretty good. Read more

I only gave the food two stars because I never order it. I love that they have so many different drink options. If you're not... feeling coffee they can pretty much make anything green tea black tea mix it with lemonade. They have rebel wishes there form ofenergy drink. They mix that with flavors which is pretty good depending on what you get. This location has learned how to managethere long lines so that's convenient. Read more

So We just came to Dutch Brose this morning having a terrible time trying to figure out what we wanted to drink. As we do not... come here very often and this amazing lady named Alex, was so sweet and patient with us and helpful with every question wehad. Her advice and well thought out responses were very helpful and getting us the drinks that we actually wanted. We willdefinitely be coming back to this location because of that young lady!! Not a place to go if you have an actual morning schedule. Got stuck in the drive thrue after ordering a Chai latte, took 20... minutes from the time paid till I pulled up to the pickup window. Once pulling up to the pickup window my drink was not ready, they hadn't even started steaming my drink until I had pulled up to the window. Took around 30 minutes to get a single beverage. I ordered the wrong version of my drink....iced vs blended. When they delivered it I had a bewildered look as to what they were... handing me. The gentleman noted I was confused and asked if it looked right. I realized in that split moment that I had askedfor the wrong thing and owned up to it very quickly. He offered to remake it, I kindly declined. Seconds later as the car infront was leaving a gentleman returned to my truck with what I had wished I had ordered. You really should considered having someone who adds a drink at the window pull to the side, so the rest of us can get through.... I'm waiting in line with my drink and I already paid, seems inconvenient. You need a better system...this coming someone in theservice industry. Read more

My son doesn't like coffee, but loves the different flavored soda combinations that they serve. I suggest looking at a menu... online before you go because the choices are almost endless. The staff here are very friendly and helpful if you do have anyquestions, though. I gave it 4 stars because the evening we went, they were not accepting cash as payment. I don't know if thatapplies to all the time, for contact-less payment, or because the order takers can't carry change, but I would have been a sadcustomer if I would have been in the drive-thru line to order and didn't have a credit or debit card to pay.
