I ordered a shark attack deconstructed, and a few other drinks when I got home, which is 2 hours away, I realized that they only... gave me the syrup for the deconstructed shark attack and didn't give me the redbull can. When customers order their drink there is no need to get offended how customers want their drink. When someone orders a double... blended smoothie nothing about that is offensive. Management needs to have a reality check on how to run the place. The processof ordering is ridiculous. Makes no sense how they run this place. I?d run far away from this location. Read more
Dutch bros has become a great part of the morning for my wife and I. We love their Rebel drinks, which are similar to Red Bulls.... I also really love the coffee here, they always have special drinks that are delicious, such as the camp-out cold brew. Lastly,the staff is awesome and have started to recognize us and what we usually get. The line is long sometimes, but for good reason! Read more

I am shocked, shocked on the customer service received tonight. I arrived at 8:06 and there were 2 cars ahead of me. Bella sat... and joked, talked life of the blue car right in front of me. They were obviously friends but she thought it was more importantto chitchat than take care of drive thru line. Then when Bella finished talking to them the girl in the pic (wouldn't give meher name) sat again and talked, talked, talked. I heard about Caleb, them going shopping at Target, she sat at the window andjust chatted with her friends. When you have a line of cars this is not the time to sit and talk to your friends. I finallyhot my drink at 8:20, after 16 mins of sitting behind this blue call while everyone chatted with each other. Then I got to thefront, Bella was rude when I asked for her name and manager name. She said they didn't do anything wrong. I timed it, the cargot their drinks at 8:10 and I had to sit for 10 mins listening to their lives. Never had o been to a Dutch Bros who care soless about customers and only want to chat with friends. The girl that took our order in the drive through skipped us 3 times, went around us to take orders, and only came to the car... after we tried to get her attention. When she got to our car she was pretty rude, and overall non pleasant. Read more
