Quality of drinks are fine but I really hate how often I get stuck behind a friend of the employees and they just chit chat and... hold up the drive thru line. Odd how it takes an extra 10-15 mins to order and another 10-15 mins to pickup when your buddy isworking (why does every employee have to come out and say hi and how does the drive through person suddenly have 3 sets ofhands). I also overheard someone inside when we pulled up say something along the lines of "did you really hold up the drivethrough line for that whole time?" soo clearly they are aware of their behavior. A great spot to grab a quick pick me up. Difficult to find a time of day where you won?t be waiting in line. My kids are drawn... to this place more than me and make it a point to visit the first Wednesday of the month for ?free? sticker day with purchase ofan item. Dutch Bros needs to take their people back to Pre-K and teach them what a line is and how they should respect that for their... customers. This isn?t a one time thing either, been to Dutch multiple times and 8 out of 10 times, employees are always lettingpeople cut in front of others that showed after others were already waiting. I love Dutch and get the same drink every time but this location just made the worst drink ive had at any dutch ???? Its so off.... I?m not sure what was put it in but it tastes like sour milk. Avoiding this location from now on. Read more
