Been going to lots of dunkins for a very long time! Love the design of the store & the food/drinks are always made correctly.... BUT!!!!! Employees nice, muffin good. Got a midnight blend coffee regular cream and sugar. Tasted like they forgot to put the coffee in.
Sandwich was burned and smelled too bad to eat. My Boston creme was definitely not made this morning or anytime in the last 24... hours. It was dry and stale. I usually like Dunkin, but THIS Dunkin is a hard pass. Read more
The absolute WORST customer service I?ve ever dealt with. The woman at the register was telling everyone how they have no... employees and how ?it?s not her problem.? The way she was speaking to me and other customers was so unacceptable and honestlymade me feel like I was being pranked. I understand people have bad days but this was beyond that. So bad. Read more
