One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have been in. 4 employees for the drive thru and one at the counter.6 minutes to get a coffee.
This location has consistently had issues with staff clearly not wanting to make or do anything other than iced drinks. You get... attitude and poor service again and again if you do request food. I used to work at this Dunkin in 2019 and we barely had problems. Over the years this has become THE WORST DUNKIN. Everything is... always wrong especially the last 6 months or so! I ordered a small hot chocolate for my son and in return they gave me ascalding hot coffee. I also ordered 4 wake up wraps and they were all smooshed into one bag.
