We've been ordering from this Domino's weekly for the last 3 years. After getting our order today we called and asked to speak... to the manager (Andrew). As a former restaurant manager, I'm sure this terrified him (lol). However, we were calling to say thatthe pizzas we got today were FANTASTIC! We're always happy with the food there, but this order was especially great. We have anannoyingly modified order (no sauce on the pizzas). I've worked at pizza places in the past and I know that would be an easymodification to mess up since sauce goes on just about every pizza. They have only messed this up once in 3 years, and theyimmediately sent out a replacement pizza to correct it. Your delivery driver had no cash so I was forced to tip $13 and on top of that they forgot my dr.pepper. The food was terrible... at best. My pasta dish was no where even near half full. No one answers the phone to make things right! Ordering Papa John'snext time... Read more
Gross. Order was incorrect. Marinara dip had 0 marinara sauce and was literally hard burnt cheese. Pizza was missing cheese on... about half the pie. Called immediately to get a refund and no one would answer the phone. Will be calling first thing for mymoney back. Worst order i?ve ever received. Read more
Recently moved here and have been ordering Domino's for years in my old town; always great quality, fast, and consistent. Moved... here and have ordered here multiple times, and delivery takes forever, and have a less than 50% record of getting my ordercorrect. Last week, we ordered TWO medium pizzas online, and they took 45+ minutes to deliver (the app stated "delivered" at 25+/- minutes). When they never arrived, they said it will be a few minutes. 20 minutes later, they arrived and one pizza wascompletely wrong. The guy answering the phone was super nice, and offered to replace it which we accepted. He said it would be"about 30 minutes". An hour later I called and they seemed confused and he said it's on the way. This picture is what theydelivered... I will not be using Dominos again, and have deleted their app. Enough is enough. The wrong order was delivered to us but our delivery driver Isaac went above and beyond and was super unapologetic and offered... to bring us back out correct order with no charge and I told him it was okay and we weren?t upset. He then continued to being usa giftcard and dropped it off at our house and apologized again. A very sweet young man and I wish all people were like this!!Will definitely be ordering again and I hope Isaac is our driver again so I can give him an extra good tip! Read more
