My wife and I were able to sit down for a quick lunch, although shortly after (around 12:30pm) the staff began refusing... customers and locking doors due to 'low staff'. They had 4 employees on staff, all talking and laughing, playing on phones, etc.At one point, potential customers were at the front door asking my wife and I if the restaurant were open, the employees askedus to tell the people at the door that they were closed, laughing. Went through your drive thru at around 855 the other night. No customers, not in front, not behind, not in store. I wait,... think maybe you aren't open. I finally inquire. Get told you will take my order in a minute, 7 minutes pass, I finally say isanyone going to take my order? Guy says "He will be with me in a minute again" Another 5 minutes. I inquire again, sameresponse. I left. I frequent your establishment all the time because your employees are usually exceptionally nice. Notso much anymore?! Won't be back. There's no reason to not take my order, you had absolutely no customers. Whatever you hadgoing on cost you a customer. If it had been an emergency or a problem with your kitchen, you say so. This del taco is a rip off. They short your order of the food you pay for. Order a large fry and only get half a container.... Order extra chicken on burritos and you don't get the extra that you pay for. I'll be trying to get a refund in some way shapeor form. Please, if you see this review. Please choose a different Del taco. Don't go to this one. Read more
This location was very clean. The floors beautiful and spotless.. The staff were all friendly and very professional. The... service was so fast I barely had time to sit down after getting my drink and Juan, who waited one me, was delivering my food.The Beyond Tacos are delicious and the texture and taste are that of beef. I have not eaten at a Del Taco in at least 20 years but I heard about their Beyond meat products that are actually plant based.... I ordered a beyond meat burrito and with their hot sauce it tasted pretty good. Go try it for your self if you are plant based.This location was nice and clean and the workers were very courteous. I love that we are getting more choices of what we canpurchase from fast food places. Options are always a good thing. Read more
This was my first time eating at Del Taco. I was pretty disappointed. It was a quite a long wait to get through the drive thru... and one of our drink was not completely filled. These didn't bother me too much but considering the prices I expected it to be abit better quality than Taco Bell but it wasn't. The burritos didn't seem to be very full. One of them was the grilled chickenburrito and I found the chicken to taste a little unpleasant. Maybe it's just my personal taste, but I wouldn't get it again. Literally stood at the register for 10 minutes while being ignored by the staff. Once I saw one of the employees open mouth... coughing all over the food prep area, I was done and walked out, explains why I got sick the last two times. Awful staff makesfor an awful service. Read more
